Ingenuity - 112 million, 400 clients, recurring revenue 170k per website, doesn't include new contracts?

I think we have hit the 400 clients target already and we are only in July. Correct me if I am wrong?

Ingenuity are smashing it :)

Mrsimmons don't invest using charts they are unreliable look at what is being said by the company about the September update.

Growth 22%/25%
EBITDA 22/23 back to 9%/10%
Ingenuity 112M - 60% EBITDA

THG at these levels is a screaming BUY and we all know it :)

There is only one problem with this share as I see it, and much highlighted by bwana, and that is Ram Gaguratis.

Without wanting to state the obvious but the September TU is not going to be stellar is it. I mean I think we can all agree on that. The chart is telling you point blank it’s going to be a STINKER.

I will admit I got it wrong. Guilty as charged your honour. It’s worse than even I thought!

I agree with bd though. You are always buying management when you buy a business. And the management here have proven themselves to not have the core capability. Wasted too much money on capex that is now giving no return. Yet they continue to waste more and more money on capex. The amounts they have spent, this should be throwing off double digit ebit margins. Instead they are losing 150m of cash a year. At 5% margin that’s 3bn of extra organic revenue needed just to break even. That is a lot of revenue growth from the 2.2bn they are currently at. They will get some leverage so I reckon they need 4bn of revenues to be fcf neutral. That will take 5 years but if growth slows it could be 7/8 years.

No wonder The house broker says 1.00. What’s the typical premium on house broker price targets? 40% 50%?

Toasty you got this one wrong I’m afraid. You can wait for 3,4,5 years but this dog pays no dividend and certainly won’t do for at least 10 years, so your investment is inflated away.

All investments need to be considered over 3 yr plus terms. It’s amazing that people have bought here at a quid and the trolls are talking like they have lost all weeks or months later. BLDM only have one agenda which is to attack the company but primarily attack management. Sure how could you trust anyone with an undeclared interest and multiple accounts.

It’s all been argued hundreds of times before. You joined October 2021 just to attack THG. It’s worth 3b plus, you keep repeating your same nonsense which isn’t backed up by anything.

You would have been right about the majority of shares and especially in the growth stocks. You have no idea like the next person what price any share is going to be one week or month to the next. A broke little troll with nothing invested anywhere.

Every business has a fair value. This doesn't mean it's investable. There are a lot of businesses I wouldn't invest in for reasons that have nothing to do with the valuation and current price. No, I said this is not investable and I later gave a reference fair value. What have you done apart from being on the wrong side and having nothing meaningful to contribute. All you've done is say others are wrong but you can't explain why and you have no unique arguments or valuations that you've calculated. You're a leaf carried on a current in the river and you've got no control over where you go.

Thanks Toansy, it’s just so confusing right? BLDM says he writes on here because he’s such a nice Guy and wants to stop people from losing their money! Yet he told people that fair value was 80p and then later Says it’s not an investable business. Does he work for Barclays :D

Come on Walsh. BLDM/Simmons. Same person or not they follow the same MO and don’t answer questions or at least selectively.

They will never say it’s a good buy. Simmons went from 95 to 85 to 80 to 60 “if they change management” lol. It’s a moving target depending on where the share price is nothing more. They keep their comments to top to stop new investors coming in. However just like before when it went up rapidly they are no where to be seen and won’t comment. They will come on and say “I told you so “ now and gloat but when it turns and turn it will they won’t hang around.

At the very least I told you 7-8 months ago, if you want to invest, wait because this has further to drop. You shouldn't be angry at the folks who said this will go down. We didn't make it go down by saying it will. You should be angry at the people who were telling you to buy...who by the way have strangely disappeared.

I told you 7-8 months ago this share is not investable. I'm sad for investors here but if I could tell this should not be touched, you could have too.
You're buying the management when you buy a company and there's no price to buy these chaps at. They are garbage. Look at the CEO of beauty. Doesn't even have further education let alone an MBA from what I remember.
