I must admit I have been slightly taken aback by the pressure this is under. Now closing in the 60s. Just over a month ago this hit £1.59.

Around 3/4 mths ago I had a price target of 95p. I remember Billionare Bob and quite a few other longs laughing me out of the park. I will hold my hands up and say they were right! I did call it wrong! It is actually much worse than even I predicted!

It just can't buy a blue day atm - Management has to communicate. They can't hide like this.

Yep - I have your DM. I had many of them from would be investors thanking me for how I have called this share.

Re me and Sanks - We are certainly not the same person. I think at that time he was long and banging on about 5.17 price targets! In fact I was arguing against him from memory. We are definitely not the same person.

Anyway back to THG - I still think they need to update the market before September.

Mr Simmons, I would truly like to believe that you are not one and the same character as Sanks and Ellsworth but it is something he (Sanks) that led me to the conclusion you are both the same person and that was when he (Sanks) slipped up and said that I had sent him a personal message. I have only sent one personal message on ADVFN and it was to you. By the way, I think your opinions are fair and I like the valuation you gave of which at the time I used so we are nit so different

Shorting provides liquidity to markets, it is how they keep on churning but for the 'Unlearned' to believe it should be ba_nned is clearly rudimental thinking!

I was not accusing you of shorting One Frankel, merely pointed out that I think anyone who is willing to take a risk of playing these shares deserves every bit of luck they can get. Short traders and long traders. GLA

At one time many years ago, 20 if my memory serves me well, one could short a stock without actually owning the shares. Basically trading at say T+7, T+14 or if you had a good broker T+21 so at that time I was very anti-shorting however, times have changed, they effectively "hire" their position now for a defined period at a price and then it's up to them to take a risk just as it is for anyone who goes long.

Dont try to assume what I've never stated MudPlugger and put simply THG is not a viable longterm investment and there are far compelling opportunities in the global market so why alleviate ones risk unnecessarily in this utter tripe of a company!

...And for your information I dont 'Short' period!
