bwana, Unfortunately I have Frankel filtered as I find his intelligence far too intimidating and his comprehensive market knowledge too daunting. His lucidly flowing prose and deft wordsmithery reveals a keen intellect which to a simpleton like me is just too overwhelming. I would rather not cross swords with him lest I am bested by his rapier sharp wit.

...But when you see such 'Unsophisticated' investors in such a share, the signs are all there as to where this is ultimately heading and no prizes for guessing it wont be that encouraging!

If you have time check out (AAZ) Anglo Asian Mines.
I have made a lot of money out of it and It is going to give back a lot more.
Very small float. The BoD holds 42%. Divi paying but this may be stopped because of big spend to develop Copper and Gold mines in Nagorno Karabach.
Please do your own DYOR on it.
If you have any questions feel free to ask me as,I have held these shares for over 5 years.
Oh' they are buying their own shares too now,only started the buying this week. . The price wont go below 80P.

not EBITDA without any adjustments.

'Professional' trolls/Paid Derampers - It's clear THG is a prime target, and totally


People always ask why is the THG BB always one of the busiest but on the flip side hardly any PI's hold??? (we know atleast 80% is owned by II/BOD, maybe 90%, has to be one of the highest on LSE)

Interesting question, simple answer, it has the most amount of paid trolls/derampers on it, as seen by their actions last week/months, it's completely toxic now, just need to look at ADVFN (jeez, all share talk has ceased there), the very few remaining long term holders trying to defend against the consistent lies and misinformation posted here, hence creating a high post count!!! Tells you all you need to know. As mentioned earlier, surprise surprise they have all logged off for the weekend, will return tomorrow night/monday morning for another shift (guaranteed like taxes & death)! Lol

Have seen some weekend days when all the trolls are logged off, posts are under 5-10. Miraculously they all converge when trading starts on Monday, to spew their absolute nonsense. Mmmmm

There are the outright derampers, with no brain cells, we know who they are.
We have the permanent residents on here day and night, 'managing expectations. They will reply INSTANTLY (and I mean Instantly, they must have a tight SLA) to drown out any positives.
We have many whose life target and ambition it is to spread their altruistic nature in helping holders here, and wait for it, only holders of THG!
We have many of the sudden new accounts cropping up, that are then 'knowledgeable', and only knowledgeable about THG.
And no surprises again, all these accounts want you to sell!

(We all know who the few genuine LTH's are, OUR TIME WILL COME)

NOT TOO LONG TO WAITE EITHER !! 7 /8 WEEKS AND COUNTING

Hold on to your shares and don't sell them cheaply to the Shorts. They are the crooks hiring these Indians.

The Whey factor .
Obviously prices would have further to fall to get back to "normal" prices (though obviously it would be normal to have a small amount of inflation too since 2020) but there is no way THG would have predicted a fall in Whey price so steep even with their prediction than it would fall back in H2. If anything MM tends to be quite conservative in his forecasts despite the perception of him. They made their forecasts when Whey price was at all time high.

If you take the average monthly pre-Covid prices over the preceding five years, it works out around 720 euros per metric ton, that's throughout the whole year.

For the month of July 22 it stands at 930 euros per metric ton after reaching an April high of 1,448 euros per metric ton.

THG released their f/y results and first Q trading up date on 21st April right at the peak, it would have been impossible at this juncture to predict such a swift downturn imo.

Part of their commentary below:

"The full year effect of anticipated improvements primarily expected in the second half across whey commodity prices, business model efficiencies driving improved operating leverage and increased Ingenuity Commerce revenues, all support continued margin recovery in 2023 and a return to 9.0% to 10.0% adjusted EBITDA in the medium-term."
