Yes John keeps this thread clean. I will tell you something now,there are still 2 members of the FUD on this thread too. I will expose them in given time .
It has taken a fair bit of my time to expose the FUD ,that they were posting from India and were not share holders at all. All living in India.
Read some information that I posted yesterday evening. Also check the link to the chart.
I have just done another top up of23,157 shares here not long ago. You can check them in the buys.

...By the way, if we scroll back through ones commentary, I doubt you'll find I was the instigator of ra_cial inferences and one should really try taking full responsibility for their own actions otherwise you'll find yourself blaming everyone else for ones rather premature decision making!

I'm not here for the popularity contest Paddy but I commend anothers comment if I see some value for investors regardless of who they are but I have no qualms if Simmons has filtered me, I dont need a helping hand in navigating through financial markets unlike some!

...And i really do revel in the challenge of seeing others discover for themselves albeit much later of who has credibility and who doesn't!

Brokers can only report on information the company is willing to disclose, you can't blame Barclays for such variations in valuations!

Firstly broker targets have a 25/30% premium for growth on a companies intrinsic value but I do agree Paddy, the only way THGs overall business will assume its real potential is through separation of its entities and the undoing of its rather convoluted business structure!

...But if one already believes THG is going private and MMs the willing party, he will take it for next to nothing except the challenge then becomes, how does he build for 'Growth, hmmm!

...Still a compelling investment though, right, hehe!

Yeah your right I’ve went to their level lately. I’ve no issue with opposing views. I’ve been a contrarian my whole life. If you do what everyone else does you would never get anywhere. I think your going to be very wrong with THG medium term and long term extremely wrong. THG is a lot more than a box shifter, those repeat rates and customer databases with loyal customers is so valuable. They are a producer and have a huge moat with their size and scale. As I run businesses with similar metrics (repeat rate and loyalty) albeit on a smaller scale I am aware that THG could very easily pivot to huge profitability. Perhaps MM is too growth orientated for his own good but I back him to deliver here. As soon as this goes to actual profit you and I both know the valuation will rocket.

I sincerely hope us small shareholders are not fk over by getting us out at 2 quid because we are taking all the risk now and we deserve the opportunity of the long term. I’ll hold this very long term unless something changes. Ingenuity is a game changer.

I can’t predict the future but in my view I think Matt has had enough and we will go private here very soon. I will write to him and ask to roll up private at that time which is why I am increasing my holding all the time. By 270k shares in the last two weeks.

At least I’m putting my money where my big mouth is.

Toasny - send me your questions in one note and I will answer them over the weekend. I didn't go away during the price rise - there was nothing for me to say on it. The price rose on the bids speculation - at that point there is no point in discussing the merits of the business as it all becomes very binary - either they will be sold or not. The reason I disappeared last week is that the board became very toxic and I want no part of any such nonsense. Some of the language on both sides went well beyond the pale. These idiots should be filtered. Why you engage with them is beyond me.

You don’t think it’s a bit selective of you and also look at the citi note. Why do you only choose notes that suit your narrative. So what is your agenda then?

Had to stretch the numbers to get to 100. They say the bull case is 170 and separation can be a catalyst. However let’s go that Barclays are right in the next 12 months and it’s 100. Not so bad for new investors then right ?

Finally this is the same brokerage that had a ridiculous target of 900 one year ago. As I said I didn’t buy at 200 as I didn’t see the risk/reward but the risk/reward is very good now. There is no reward in shorting this now. You lot have done a great job the last 12 months well done. However the tide will turn.

I would give you a lot more respect if you would answer questions or if you had not have went away for weeks in the takeover period.

Why do you think management are not defending the share price. As I said and I don’t want it, it’s going private.

Whether you sold into the ridiculous rally to 160p is your choice. I timed it almost perfectly and my 80p target was like clockwork. What I'm saying is that I am bullish when there is a case. Sadly (for a lot of investors) there is no bullish case for this often. I'm bearish and you're flipping balls because my opinion differs from yours? Grow up.
