Actually there is a forecast PE ratio of 151 for Amazon for 2022. Is this correct?

There is no PE ratio unless the company makes a profit for the year.
You might want to discuss it in terms of cashflow.

The important question to ask is what is it’s PE ratio for 2022? Is it less than 20?

He surely is expecting further bids. After all the time/cost spent by multiple PE's they dont just walk away after 1 pr 2 bids, they will be back. They had opening salvos knocked back, get the ball rolling, and now they know what fair value would be considered. PATIENCE

........ I discussed it with my business partners and we were all in agreement that it is a fantastic alternative to Amazon who has put their fees up to 25 to 30 percent and you have no control over your own brand.

--> If I had a product, it would be my concern that in using someone like Amazon and it sold really well, that they could just replicate it and in effect take sales away from you or are there contractual safeguards to stop them doing that?
