08/5/2022 21:08 | Toansy - appreciate your thoughts, thank you For me it HAS to go one of 3 ways very soon, and we all know what they are. Whatever MM decides hope it's in the best interest of ALL shareholders, it's upto him and the BOD. 1. Take it private (he is seriously thinking about this, "what is the best environment for THG") 2. Sell to PE.(if a offer came in near Fair Value). 3. Separation of divisions and separate listings to maximise value on each. Will patiently wait for 1 of these come to fruition! | london07
08/5/2022 19:52 | Toansy what you say makes sense. Out of interest do you have a particular target price and/or timeframe in mind if you don’t mind me asking? | andrewhaslam

08/5/2022 18:42 | I think it's something to do with the separation that would be required first. This is from the RNS last May:For the purposes of the Option, it is anticipated that THG Ingenuity shall be separated from THG into a THG owned and controlled subsidiary company (the "Separation"). THG has agreed to effect the Separation within 15 calendar months (the "Separation Period") from the date of this announcement, although retains the right to extend the Separation Period by up to a further 6 calendar months where reasonably required. THG retains the discretion to separate THG Ingenuity by way of an IPO, sale process, or other structural options. The Board of THG will conduct a review to establish the optimum structure for the separation of THG Ingenuity, THG Beauty, THG Nutrition and THG OnDemand, in order to maximise value for all stakeholders. | dalem2uk

08/5/2022 18:02 | Simmons - damn you got burned (a bit like you did when you ventured into LSE forum). No chance you can go toe To toe with toansy clear logic and rational | sankshiela
08/5/2022 17:53 | Lodger the dodger - clearly no one gives a beep about your opinion. Good luck with your investments in companies that will go under however - you will need it treacle | sankshiela
08/5/2022 17:46 | We may well look back on this company and say do you remember THG? In my opinion they may well do under. | lodgeview
08/5/2022 17:03 | Toansy how much have you lost in this great company? Second question tell me how much free cash flow this great company will generate this year and next year? | mrsimmons

08/5/2022 16:42 | Thanks for more on ingenuity - I am in total agreement with you. Amazon is a necessary evil whereas ingenuity is a brand window showcase exercise that generates companies additional revenue whilst remaining in control of this brands Best of luck toansy and please keep posting. Good luck with your businesses too | sankshiela
08/5/2022 15:30 | I can see this collapsing tomorrow as people rush for the exit doors. | lodgeview
08/5/2022 12:24 | Lodge, look at your record of calling things, it's abysmal.......pfc 50% higher than the short you took out 6 weeks ago and fxpo 30% lower than the long you took out......keep the commentary coming, it really is comedy gold!...... | plentymorefish
08/5/2022 12:16 | Wow toansy- that is the best written post I have read in this forum in months. Thanks for taking the time to write and share your personal experiences as well as thoughts. I would love to hear more on your thoughts on ingenuity. I also think it is game changing eps for FMCG companies to deleverage business from Ecom and bricks and mortar retailers who take high margin. But do you feel ingenuity is smashing targets esp re number of clients (knowing they need to hit 400 this year and seem to only be at circa 212 to date and also last year revenue at 45m, when market expected circa 50m Thanks in advance | sankshiela |
