Well written articulated pieces stated by toansy..you obviously have access to Level 4 and have seen the books.
No need to invite the slags Mrs Simmons and Mrs Lodge to the table..they're happily getting penetrated in cubicle 4

I'm looking at selling these slags all my holdings at £5.17..I've made a promise to them..they can rest assured I'm a man of my word.

Thank you for this opportunity..onwards and upwards towards that £5.17 mark..before the WHHOOOOSSSHHHH to £10.36

Lovya loads xx

Putting aside the arguments for a second, If your valuation is 95p and his is 4/5 quid that's 10% downside and 400% upside. Those odds feel quite compelling to me. This has held up well when a lot of so called quality stocks are getting whacked at the moment. Could be worse places to park some capital unless you think this is going to the wall or run out of cash in the next 12 months

Still waiting for the valuation Toast. Lots of huffing and puffing but no valuation. Ingenuity 60% margin. LOL just LOL.

I quote numis as most accurate so far. They have 80p target on this hound now and yes I have read it. You haven’t but invested a million quid. Hmmm yes Course you did. Maybe you should have read it. It’s been very accurate.

Lol you make it sound like doing a valuation is rocket science. I don’t need an analyst report to do a valuation. When I read your first few messages I actually thought is this guy someone with some financial nous but now I know you’re another guesser. Another gambler hoping for a take over. But unfortunately that is the reality now. Takeover to get yourself out of the hole. Best of luck. Now I know you’re a simpleton I won’t be wasting any more time in responding. Regards.

Mrs - why in the world would you waste your whole weekend incessantly posting on a chatboard which as you say has no impact on the share price, and more importantly on a company where you have zero holding???? Its truly laughable and pathetic. No life? i think i know the answer!

One way or the other, you sound quite desperate for some reason!!! Once this really starts rocketing, id suggest you close your account down, you gona lose the plot!!

Just read your last message. Excellent. Please explain how you arrive at 5 quid using the financials. Thanks.

So why is the margin down in 21 and why is the margin going to be lower again this year if ingenuity mix is helping it so much.

What does that tell you? The margins of the existing businesses are TANKING.

They can’t put price up because they are a box shifter and the customer will simply go elsewhere. There is no loyalty to Thg. They are a retailer just like any other and the op margin is that of a retailer. They are snooker just like any other retailer in a market with rampant inflation.

Anyway back to your 5 quid valuation- remind me again how did you arrive at that valuation? I’ve told you my fv and why ( see my post history for the 95p valuation) which is actually 20% higher than the analysts at Numis. Please explain your 5 quid. Thanks.

Toansy don’t bother going head to head with me. You will lose.

Btw acquisitions are not included in free cash flow son.

Secondly that 1bn of investment. What’s it got you? Declining margins now down at 5% and falling. I know bricks and mortar retailers who have better op margins than that. The ebitda margin isn’t even real - did you know they exclude rent from it? The real margin is more like 4%. It’s lease accounting that allows them to quote ebitda without including rent. Inflation at 10% and no pass through of price yet you think they will be reporting 9/10% ,margin next year lol. How many retail businesses improve op margin by 500bps in a year. It’s pie in sky stuff. You say you’re a business owner but you sound like an amateur.

You talk about the liquidity. Why? I’m not saying they have a liquidity problem you cretin. I’m saying this business doesn’t and will not generate any operating cash until they completely overhaul the management team and streamline the business. It’s a bad business and it’s losing cash.

Finally are you really that much of a simpleton that you think the users of this message board dictate the share price. It doesn’t make a jot of difference. I’m here to give my informed view for people who may be interested. I’m not short and I have no investment. Yes I monitor the shares and if it falls 30% below my fv which I’ve been transparent on I may invest. In the meantime as Duncan bannatyne would say IM OUT.

The other option that you haven't listed London is that they go bust.
