Anyone invested, read the Annual report and listen to the recent webinar!

All the parts sold today individually is worth multiples of todays market cap.

As stated in the report, £1 BILLION was spent on Acquisitions and Infrastructure last year! Hence why the PE are so interested.

Will be a very interesting weekend read.

Lon ....as you say that it has just broken out of an 8 month down trend if the artists among you get your rullers out and draw a couple of parrallel lines...
which is nice for now and one or two technical traders may well notice this is a large buy signal

Seagreen - Exactly. Some tech in the US running at 30-50+ revenue ration.

THG at 0.5 revenue ration to market cap. I bet the Private Equity Firms cant believe there eyes.

They could so easily snap it up, list it in the US for many many multiples! I bet all they can see is $$$$$.

They have spent a huge amount building a platform and logistics capability Amazon could buy it out with petty cash to get rid of the opposition but if at all I expect it will go to a PE turnaround logistics player although it would be no surprise if it was allowed to prosper on its own steam.

It would not be a total surprise if contraty to the doommongers views on line portals could flourish vs the high street in tough times, but time will tell.

PS the US tech sector was so overvalued vs the UK tech sector it was an accident waiting to happen especually as all the funds pilled in on the wave.

10% inflation, energy costs going through the roof. This is going nowhere and I expect a further hit to margin this year worse than what they only communicated 3 weeks ago. There is ZERO chance margin will recover back to 9/10% next year as they highlighted. It’s so ridiculous to even suggest it and the market obviously knows that hence the current price.

We are about to go into a recession and there are people on here thinking this is about to rocket up to 5.17. You couldn’t make it up.

This will plod along in this 80-115 range and no more.

At least THG has bidders willing to buy the company, FXPO buyers? Putin only one interested, will either take FXPO for free or level it.
