Don't think he comes across desperate to me. I Haven't seen him spamming other boards trying to get investors to buy here lol....unlike someone else ha ha. Seem quite a passionate and well researched investor who dislikes the grubby world of short and distort.

When the Goldman Analyst asked MM what he meant by the best environment, Private or Public MM declined to answer as he 'didn't want to get into trouble' , and we would find out int he days, weeks,months ahead which I take as a big hint he wants to take it private unless a better PE bid comes in .

This was from last weeks update.

Once Separation is complete, they can choose whichever option they want!!

We are well into H1 22, into Q2 22, hence why I say ANYTIME!!

I really think they are yet to decide which way to go!

If high enough offer, sell to PE.

If not, just have a feeling he wants to take it private. He really emphasised on the point 'WHAT IS THE BEST ENVIRONMENT FOR THG AND ITS SHAREHOLDER REGISTER TO THRIVE IN'

Zen like patience will soon pay off over the coming weeks!

1. Full PE takeover
2. Take it private
3. Continue with strategic plan, separation, separate listing, premium listing, softbank option etc

One will definitely be delivered very soon. All of them will propel the share price north.

I think we will hear something during May ,I think it was last May that SoftBank first invested and separation of Ingenuity was expected within 15 months which would have been Aug but MM has alluded that they are ahead of that timeline :)

Decent rise today on large volume if it can keep it up into the close :)

The GBP has fallen over 5% against the USD since last week , making this more attractive still to US PE .
