Just going by earlier examples. Usually 40 -50% premium. Too Low obviously. My money is on £2 - £3.

He’s moved the business further forward than he had projected in his IPO it’s not a forced sale. Why would he take 5.17 or below now?

Sloth - sometimes the market works in mysterious ways. Plenty of agendas and manipulation. Anything is possible.

If everything was priced at close to fair value, there would be no opportunities!

Question is, is the current value 110p, ofcourse not. Everyone knows it should be at multiples. Why do you think so many PE firms are interested??

Lol as MM said, keep heads down and carry on , see what happens over the coming days/weeks. He is fully expecting further bids what the BOD would class as FAIR VALUE!

My bird tells me £5.17 is fair value.. who am i to argue.
Multiple interested parties should be able to easily break above the ipo price.
I'm gonna leave my nob on the table.

Funny thing is, the PI interest here is absolutely non existent!

Look at the multiple bids rejected, Carlyle Group about to make an offer, and chat boards are virtually dead. Just the LTH's lol.

Other shares, you see hundred, thousands of posts lol.

Super quiet here. Big boys made money on way down, and now will make it all the way back up!

I have written to the times today in the capacity of THG shareholder, explaining that THG had been subject to an aggressive short attack which appeared to be supported by their biased and - on at least one occasion - untruthful reporting. ‘If this were the case the ramifications were extremely serious as it undermined mainstream press impartiality. I have therefore referred my concerns to the FSA and arranged a meeting with my MP to discuss’

Are there no moderators on this forum? The perpetrators of short and distort tactics on here should be held accountable. It’s illegal

An RNS at 2PM showing director buys would be brilliant and solidify the confidence that retail investors have in THG that the MSM seem to love to ignore.

But I did like the article about WPP trying to mimic THGs Ingenuity.
Shows it's an enviable concept.

Telegraph FUD fake, article retracted.
Numis FUD fake, was retracted!!


Papers now saying Ingenuity is worth something and MM should be given credit.

Share price dropped from 800p plus to 110p today, on nothing but manipulation!

If anyone watching, they better soon get onboard, because the share price could look very very different in a few weeks.
