Effectively he believes the bids were c 220p-240p and that there is a likelihood they will comeback or even a new batch of bids from fresh sources will come forward.

As we know what puts the cream on top with THG, it will be on Premium Main Market Listing, so will be FTSE250 on current market cap. Hopefully FTSE100 eventually. Nice!!

They are probably all out at some posh fancy outdoor place after lunch smoking cigars courtesy of the hedgies who have left short closing orders and new buy orders at the ofice whilst they appologise for giving them a duff lead and yes the smart hedgies had heard the vague Guardian rumour .....so maybe they had reversed yesterday just in case....so they were sorry they had not told the Times hacks yesterday and ruined their careers but they had to reposition anyway for the greater good.......
