so after raising a billion in equity it has basically 44m of net cash. which means it had a billion of net debt before going public at a valuation of 5 billion. it's good value now but was a scandalous rip off at the ipo.

Excellent results with revenues way ahead of those forecast at IPO. Beauty, Nutrition and Ingenuity all growing. Revenues this year forecast to reach £2.8bn. Multiple offers rejected by the board and you can bet any offer would have been at a significant premium to the average share price over the last few weeks so I think they must have been around the 150p area. Surely any PE serious about buying THG would see its future worth and would have to stump up at least £2.50.

Elephant in the room. We now officially know multiple Private Equity firms are circling. They firmly have eyes on THG. Proposal(S) have been made. Can we learn what they were, 300p, 400p. Will they come back with improved proposals to give the BOD something to think about.

Multiple proposals shows its clearly undervalued, and want to buy it at a premium and still see value ;) NICE

Strong liquidity position with net cash of £44.4m at year end (excluding lease liabilities), cash of over £530m and a £170m undrawn revolving credit facility. The Group's bank facilities have long tenures, specifically, the €600m Term Loan B matures in December 2026 and the £170m revolving credit facility matures in December 2024.

It's a growth company... They will have one off costs They are over a year ahead of prospectus IPO targets ....Which was set at 500 pence !! The share price is absurd with those results
