Debs. You fail to mention the huge increase in spending on skin health care products, the high end of which THG make and sell a lot of.
Anyway, you're boring, off out into the suuuun

Changing habits

Kantar surveyed 300,000 women worldwide, as well as looking at spending data, and found that British women have made the biggest change in their grooming habits in recent years.

Cate Walter director of training firm Rhino Safety

Cate Walter says she doesn't expect staff to wear a lot of make-up especially if they are working from home
"Manufacturers are going to struggle and they're really going to have to work harder to get our money from us," said Kantar analyst Maya Zawislak.

Their research shows a 19% fall in make-up sales since 2019, but the pandemic is only part of the story.

Ms Zawislak adds that a looming cost-of-living crisis could also affect what consumers buy.

1apache,

I am in the world of reality you are "delusional", since the pandemic makeup has declined and less and less people are spemding on makeup.

LOL

Now get into the world of reality and look what Kantar is saying:

Who cares whether your negative or positive. There's some big players looking at THG and with a lot of price targets significantly higher than 97p, I doubt those funds and vultures careless whether you're here or not...I certainly don't.

Best of British. They just are. The nation will be proud of this company one day.

The founder may have his issues but it has moved far beyond that. This is our Amazon. When the revenues keep ramping and the share price goes, we will make more acquisitions and take over the world.

Windjammer, I am not saying they will not survive but growth will be stunted when they Huge PEs or not profitable they are effectively overpriced. You have stocks growing at 50% per annum on PEs of 8 currently and in defensive sectors.YU group are growth as fast as high growth tech stocks, no debt, profitable turnover will hit 1/4 billion this year and in a sector worth 30b a year yet PE is 8 All I am saying a recession is coming and it will be painful first to get chopped by consumers is non essentials, food, and energy comes first

With the price around £1.30 when PE was sniffing around around I would imagine the were offering around the £1.80 - £2-00 range which MM considered way too low , still considerably higher than today's price. Hold for 3 years here to x5 today's price IMO.
