Where have you read or seen there was an PE firm interested at 350p?! If that was the case these would be well over 200p by now?!

Would love it if we got the following...An improved offer has been submitted for the whole of THG, offer price is 500p, previous proposal from this PE Firm was 350p. However the BOD maintains this does not represent fair value, therefore we advise all shareholders to reject this offer!

To early cheeky PE proposals its worth minimum 300p+.

Softbank paid £5.96.

To the 20+ instituions they were happy to pay £5.

MM didnt sell any when it went £8+.

Again whats the sale price today???

It needs to rise by multiples, and MM and BOD know the true value, hence their rejections.

BR has upgraded the target price on his website to 300p end of June 2022. Since last week, his 200 men crew has been uploading their buys on the datasheet.
