I agree Francois, Matt needs to take his finger out of his ears and listen to the people that do count. Shareholders. If he doesn't then if a hostile takeover does occur they ain't gonna be backing his horse.He needs to 1. Regularly use RNS to state good news and deals, not Linked in.2. Tell us via RNS if all the amazing offers for the company. Even if he doesn't plan to sell. At least mr market will see it has value to others. 3. Buy shares himself while price is deflated.4. Respond and listen to activist shareholder. Kelso, albeit small have a point. He needs to respond and react accordingly like a listed company should. 5.split the company. It makes sense.

Mad Matt has issued a declaration that THG is not for sale to anyone.
So its hostile or nothing.
Sadly so far everyone is just avoiding the company following his declaration.

Well Claw, if MM turned down all those bids when The Huts value was lower what would it be worth now? Surely more than 66p so what price another bid coming, especially with the golden share gone?

So folks, the rather deluded Francois believes that the MCap of the tripe is now below what Apollo valued Ingenuity at with their bid some nine months ago but would you like to substantiate those claims, if not shut the fu_ck up instead of making such tiresome and unnecessary comments with all your fu_ckin hoopla!

As a rule power corrupts normally depending on the length of time in power.

For politicians corruption usually comes after the first or second term in office.

For companies it’s debatable when the equivalent level of corruption arises.

You can’t blame MM entirely.

What about the political leaders of the world?

Take Putin for example who started a war in Ukraine and almost certainly caused a rise in inflation of 10%.

Or take the leaders of Hamas who started another war - where on earth is that one heading?

You must try to remember it’s always the leaders of the world who cause the most problems for the world (especially for the electorate). There’s hardly a time in history where this hasn’t been the case.

The fact that MM is also a leader - of a company - doesn’t exactly help with the argument.

Wall Street and Dow marching on - up another 200 points today and at all time highs.

Nasdaq up another 70 points. At all time highs. You would think our so called great technology at Ingenuity would have a rub on effect.

THG at yearly lows at 66p. But guess what our esteemed leader thinks he won a LinkedIn spat with a Times journalist at 11pm last night so all is well.

Take a bow Matt. Creating shareholder value at its finest.

I am sure that unless we are waiting to rejoin at a lower price like Toasty(in all his aliases) we all share Francois’s frustrations with Mad Matt.
He certainly hasn’t helped lift shareholder value at THG.
In fact he has repeatedly undermined it!
