Numbers a positive for me. Beauty smashed it, great deal with Holland and Barrett, cash rolling in, FCF positive. nutrition down but as I go the gym it was empty in nov and December so I half expect nutrition to be not great in the last quarter. Couldn’t get treadmill however over the last week, so would expect nutrition to have done well in Jan.

Well done in the beauty . Shows even in hard times women still value their beauty products over most things.

Time to report Toast to the FCA however. Kept his post he deleted and see how that goes. INSIDER DEALING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE.

The stock is beat down way way way too much already! Due a bounce on this news plus EXPECTED and IN LINE results.That means, it is what was expected and the share price was based on that.

Has been marked down for the fall in nutrition which i telegraphed to you. Maybe you get a relief rally but once analysts look at next year revenue consensus will drop. None of them was expecting that fall in nutrition except me.

Results in line with expectations Toasty boy. If the market expected it then there should be no need for any drop! Certainly not the 20% we have seen the last 2 weeks. It will go back to 80ps today. Clearly the business is worth stacks more than todays measly 69pTry 300p then we are more like it.
