As we move on up here also keep your eyes on IDP people. If you followed my tip a few days ago you would be 20 percent up. It's gonna be a big multi bagger next 12 months. 8m mkt cap no debt and another internet facing consumer business with great mgmt. well worth a look.

This is not a heavily shorted stock. Stocks fall for many reasons. Being shorted is a lesser likelihood for this stock. Often short sellers will publish damning reports on the company which I haven't seen. The only damning news I've heard was from the mouth of MM who needs to stfu. Instead of playing a victim, he should put his money where his mouth is and buy his own stock. THG has got a ton of cash - buy the stock!

The threshold is 3%. They have to report all sells until they are below 3%.

It reads that way, yes and to some degree explains part of the move from Aug to Sept (2.71% in Aug to 6.54% Sept).

There is however a couple of caveats to this, firstly these forms are notorious for being completed incorrectly, having been involved directly myself everyone has their own take on what should go where.

Secondly, there is no real formal process of checking, much relies on your NOMAD but equally these can be put on the wire directly, often you will see corrections published a day or so after.

1% declared is miniscule and shows no conviction shorts, the Euroclear data whilst interesting could be a red herring imo.

If it's below 5% reportable threshold you don't have to give any details they could be at 4,99% or 0.01%

It unusual that no exact figure of the amount the have sold or the number of voting rights are shown. Any education on this would be very much appreciate thanks.
