Aye Bad Robot re 3025. The data re 'the aggregates of all short positions' needs to be publicly available info and on a daily basis, similar to short tracker. Those who don't have access to such data - most retail investors? - will be oblivious to any potential ongoing chicanery; ie at a disadvantage.

Indeed. BR's last published top up was on 30 Sept when the closing price was 507p. Why / how would such a company 'find' themselves having to drop 58m shares a month later for 195p?

The beauty of a very low UT trade. You end on about 201, open up at 204 and then straight back down to 201. Can't help but think there is manipulation going on here

Leone please stop jinxing our good shs.

No, I said Goldman/ Morgan dumping in auctions daily, that was a separate comment from TROW. Most of the day trade is via CFD/Equity swap. Before jumping, it bears reading what I have said. Mind you, only cuckoos like Mister Warm and Mister dozen toes understand me. They are crazies.

I have tried a few different anti jinxes this evening. I have been knocking on wood for the last 3 hours but I fear the grim reaper has touched Team BR and friends :(.

Mister Mcmather

In regards to stock tracker notification of 0.5% short. Only position above 0.5% needs to be notified.

But the aggregate of shorts is a lot more. So many even above 0.5% may not have disclosed; who's going to go after them?

Euroclear (ex-crest) gives the aggregates of all short positions. It's updated daily. I think it cost £5k to have the daily data.

There's a reason for the big daily auction; they need to suppress the price. Look at the volume in close; the layering is predetermined buy/sell side.

This suggests vanguard / blackrock own nearly 14% of t rowe price...

Https ://iron-set.com/us/can-you-lose-money-with-vanguard/

Loads of stuff out there that documents how seemingly separate entities are, erm, not quite separate...

BR claims that T Roweare probably Goldman. That's funny as GS are mentioned as being the bookrunner for blackrock to dispose of their 5% stake. T rowe are an investment management firm. If GS wanted to buy more they would do so in their own right as per a couple of weeks ago.
