The sentiment is turning positive on the share and negative against what can only be described as fraudulent activity of a cororinated short attack by a few faceless individuals.I have invested 40K in this stock over the last week or so.I liked the GQ article and think his sentiment and motive for listing in the UK are honourable but but it has been shown that it was probably not the best place to list a potential mega cap company with a diverse product portfolio. Well not while the short market goes unregulated.

It's unfortunate the bankrupt SPAZS spent their time looking a BR's shs going to the moon. Tight illiquid float, if MM buys £2m-£3m of shs, this will open up 50%.

Opens the doors to possibilities of having a company MM and Co control owning a large stake of the business too. I think he might be looking for ways to protect from takeovers without the golden share.I know what you are saying though, understandably youve been stung and now you are being more cautious. Mines still in the ether

I'm not convinced he has the cash to make really substantial buys and even if he did, I'm not sure the market would respond positively.

He could actually do what Mike Ashley did in the end. Looks at Frasers PLC share price from IPOIts more likely he will keep raising his own stake in the plc, esp if he looses the golden share. Not sure if say owning 60% of the shares M ashley style is against premium governance though

Worries me that they'll slap it down again to teach him a lesson for speaking out of line. They seem to be able to smash it through the floor at will, which makes me nervous .I'm still keeping some powder dry for now. Don't mind if it means I buy in at a higher price.

Undoubtedly insiders have been part to the cause JakNife but those 'Numerous' undisclosed institutional shorts (<0.5%) have accentuated the demise buddy.

Level 4 looking awesome.. as predicted, heading straight back towards £5.16
This is clearly a no brainer.. hence my nob remains on the table.
The train has not left the platform yet.. the whooosssshhhhhhh to over £3 initially is clearly evident.
