06/11/2021 13:50 | I think the gypsy is going to end up correct.Gypsy said softbank could buy up shares and initiate a squeeze where shorts all have to cover.Combined with the GQ interview it almost seems like.Softbank, Ceo and co all buy together raising the share price.Thg lists on ftse and nyse in a dual listing structure. Potentially any future spin off only happen in the US too.Just pure speculation but possible | senseibull
06/11/2021 13:39 | Seems that you may be wrong in that assessment if the recent interview is to be believed. The boss of THG has said that he regrets floating the embattled technology group in London, while appearing to hint that he could take the business private if its share price does not recover and comparing short-sellers with bank robbers. | terminator101
06/11/2021 13:17 | Some have clearly been smoking the cr_ack pipe! ...There is no way Moulding will take this private for his aggessive ambitions of growth and he'll likely entertain a dual listing in the US following the Ftse prime listing... But lets hope the US take a keen interest when it does happen, especially with their rather die-hard protectionist policies! | one_frankel
06/11/2021 13:06 | Ah termy- so cute. Why would a company growing aggressively want to make a profit so that it gets taxed. Much better to invest at the top line of the P&l to avoid Your analysis is as cute as your really cool name, so manly | sentimentrule
06/11/2021 12:54 | "A company this size" yet it can't make a profit. And you think that it's worth £2.5 billion. Hilarious. | terminator101
06/11/2021 12:51 | 17 million is nothing to go a company this size get real | goforgold1
06/11/2021 12:31 | how cute - you think you are a terminator machine, very grown up thank you for your expert analysis - mug | srs8
06/11/2021 12:23 | For those thinking that taking this private will be done at a premium, you need to get real. This fluff is aReady overvalued. | terminator101
06/11/2021 10:59 | Also thats times article - what are they smoking? They said that MM CEO was hinting at going private in the GQ interview?Call me crazy but I did not get that impression at all from the GQ interview. If anything it sounds like he will list THG Beauty in the US instead | senseibull

06/11/2021 09:58 | If you go back and look at holding in companies .. From where the fall started BLACKROCK and GOLDMAM SACH started the rot, By selling shares Softbank bought a lot back. By then you get the Pis start panicking and selling out .. FEAR AND GREED again starts the process. I have bought friday at 2.05p ... The 1 year RSI is at 20 as well . THIS SHARE IS A NONE BRAINER WITH A 3 MONTH VIEW with lockdown over and online buying is expected to double over next few years | goforgold1
06/11/2021 09:46 | You really need to read this again from June... 06/11/2021 09:35 | What is stupid about asking "do we know how good these deals were?". It is a question not a remark | dealy
06/11/2021 09:30 | Some pretty stupid remarks over acquisitions. Sure Cult Beauty cost some money, but it has a very broad and recognized profile. Synergies will make it pretty efficient under THG, as long as the company sustains its place in the market it will be a winner. Flip side is that fashion very fickle, and what is in vogue now may not be tomorrow. However this primarily a cosmetics brand, might not be Revlon or Ester Lauder, but likely appeals more so to a younger crowd. | bookbroker
06/11/2021 09:05 | Dealy it was clearly laid out that the IPO was to raise money for acquisitions. They definitely paid a high price for Cult Beauty at 25x annual profit, but it is growing at similar speed to THG and merging with THG will bring about large efficiency savings. Doubt MM would make a mistake on the beauty side. | space_bob
06/11/2021 08:56 | What price could he take it private? | billionarebob |
