01/3/2013 13:15 | Featured as an undervalued stock in Shares mag yesterday. I see Bray Leino has got itself on UK Government Frameworks:- The UK Government has unveiled its selected suppliers in its creative, digital and direct marketing frameworks; finishing a process which began last August. The creative agencies appointed were: AMV BBDO, Adam&Eve/DDB, DLKW Lowe, Engine Group, Enter, Inferno, Kindred, M&C Saatchi, McCann London, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and Ogilvy & Mather Group. According to Campaign, the digital agencies appointed include Lateral Group and Lida; with DraftFCB, Indicia, BSS and Twentysix appointed to handle direct marketing. It is believed that Bray Leino and TMW have been appointed to both of these lists. The total estimated value of the full framework is between £240m and £520m. the initial contract is for two years with a possible extension of another two years. | jeff h
12/2/2013 21:58 | its great when the mkt ignores companies like this one you can keep buying the dips | ntv
07/2/2013 10:43 | TMMG is just too cheap. Jan 28th Finncap's tp was 40p and their eps forecasts for 2012 are 4.6p and 2013 5.4p with a 1p div. I'm surprised it's not at 40p already. f | fillipe
07/2/2013 10:25 | Very strong share price recently. Any ideas what's up, anyone ? Ivor | ivor hunch
29/1/2013 13:20 | Buy out maybe ? It is a well known fact that David Morgan will sooner or later look for an exit route once he has stabilised the company (he was the original CEO and main shareholder in Bray Leino which Mission bought from him and he was forced to return to take the reins after Mission's miserable performance). So could the 'exceptional' event be some kind of take over/ management buy out ?? | ivor hunch
28/1/2013 20:38 | Cliff - I interpret the last line to mean something like:- "It may not be nonsense to say that something exceptional might be on the cards in the not too distant future" What this "exceptional" event could be?..well who knows..maybe a large contract award perhaps?....anyway not too distant future means not a long time to wait for. | jeff h
28/1/2013 08:00 | Positive RNS closed with this reassuring statement: "It may not be phedinkus to say that a lollapalooza might be on the cards in the not too distant future." More than most companies can say. | cliffpeat
26/1/2013 18:11 | Josephrobert and Jeff H - thanks for your posts and info. Apologies, the profit est I saw was £4.9m (digital look) and not £4.6m as I originally posted. Given the closeness of the dates I thought the trading statement may have been combined with Friday's RNS. I'm learning my way investing wise so appreciate your comments and advice. Given my investing stage, I currently use a standard execution only online broker. This is maybe something I will need to look at going forward. However, my investing outlook is 3+ years and I do not tend to trade in and out of shares. | rp19
26/1/2013 13:10 | RP19 - as josephrobert states there is normally a full year Trading Statement at the end of Jan so expect more news next week. Where are you getting £4.6m pre tax forecast for 2012? FinnCap going with £4.9m and Seymour Pierce £5.0m was the latest I am aware of. | jeff h
26/1/2013 08:51 | The last trading statements around this time were on the 26/1/12 and the 28/1/11 so I gather a further announcement next week. Key metrics for me is the PEG, the low PE, the positive cash flow, the repayment of debt. I would also point out the impressive reduction and very manageable debt ratios; as well as the favourable restructuring of that debt. Remember too the second half basis. The liquidity of the shares are a concern, but would be somewhat mitigated by a good broker, rather than the cheap as chips brigade. I remember one chap on ADVFN who had done rather well in buying low and selling high. He pointed out that it was hard to buy in size when the share price was low, but he had no problem in selling in size when the share price had reached several multiples of his initial purchase. | josephrobert
25/1/2013 21:33 | Just come across TMMG following today's client win RNS. Doing more research but looks like a positive recovery play, given its £25m million cap. £4.6m forecast pre-tax profits for 2012, future dividend, new contracts and director buying. The debt looks the big negative, although they are working on that which is positive. Spread not ideal either. However, all in all, at this stage it is firmy on my watchlist. Are people expecting a formal Trading Statement in the next week or so, in addition to today's 'client win' news? | rp19
23/1/2013 21:00 | A new article and worth a read!:- | jeff h
22/1/2013 21:11 | An old article, but might be worth a quick read | josephrobert
19/1/2013 13:48 | Ticking up as the Trading Statement looms. This time last year the company employed 600+ staff. Now it employs 800+ I hope the profits grow as fast! | jeff h
17/1/2013 18:17 | A Trading Statement due here within the next couple of weeks. I still think the share price is very cheap. Organic growth at Big Communications with a new Birmingham office:- | jeff h
27/11/2012 20:01 | Nice little step up, first sign of movement...hopefully a sign of things to come... | qs9
09/11/2012 08:49 | FD bought 36000 shares yesterday. Always a good sign. He should know. Coincidentally, I added to my holding yesterday too. I expect to hold for 3 years or more. | jashunter
12/10/2012 07:53 | Looks like a decent deal, sensible placing as well.....IMO! | qs9
21/9/2012 11:41 | Interesting interview with David Morgan, Executive Chairman. Click on the link bellow: | sammy_smith
19/9/2012 09:10 | I think we need a firm of Comms experts to explain that word ... gallifragging | matt
19/9/2012 09:08 | Pity about the market being so discombobulated, but despite that TMMG has done well. Ivor | ivor hunch
19/9/2012 08:32 | We therefore remain, barring undue gallifragging, optimistic for the future and the outturn for this year and beyond. Love the commentary! Although google can't find gallifragging anywhere except the above...... Any ideas? | stegrego
18/9/2012 16:08 | Results tomorrow and nice tick up ahead of this IMO. Let's see. GLA. | qs9 |
