13/12/2024 17:09 | Cutliff, We're probably looking at Feb/March now. But when it does wizz past $10 on its way into the hundreds I'll crack open that can of Heineken. Followed by a nice banana rum. | 1399peter
13/12/2024 08:44 | Morning all, I appreciate everyone's input here, it's been a long journey which hopefully is finally going to reach a conclusion that will benefit us all that have held our shares. Tankerton, I don't know you, and don't know how close to the company you are, but any info you come across i and many others would appreciate you sharing on here. Anyway onwards and flat for a bit longer before hands are revealed. I have no clue to timescale but hoping will get an update before year end. GLA | wrighty46
13/12/2024 04:48 | Tankerton, Obviously we will miss your input here. But if you want to take your ball just as the game is warming up, then that's your choice. I'll just PM you from now on. | 1399peter
13/12/2024 04:43 | Tankerton, Firstly, do you think anyone on this board is really taking any notice of who ticks who. So I wouldn't let that bother you. Secondly, I think most on here are feeling a lot more positive about things. But I also think it would be foolish to ignore the fact that everybody and his aunty has so far done their utmost to take Tethys out through one dirty trick after another to date. As I said previously "the proof is in the pudding". All we've seen so far is shares changing hands and literally no movement in price on the worst exchange in the world. It's not really much to get excited about. | 1399peter
12/12/2024 21:47 | Peter, in days gone by chat boards were used by fellow investors to share information for the benefit of everyone. I have been involved with Tethys for a very long time and probably longer than anyone here so I don't need to be constantly informed about all the pain and frustrations of the past because I along with everyone here have lived through it and know full well, probably more than anyone here, just how close Tethys came to going bust. I could be like others and just bang on about the past but I deal in information and that is pointing to a good and possibly very good future for Tethys. It is that future that I feel is worthy of discussion and while I acknowledge the past I see no point in filling this board with negativity when things are looking much more positive. If people just want to use this board to moan and vent their frustrations then they can do it without my input. And in a final note to the sick troll who has been voting down my every post, you don't need to keep searching my profile every five minutes anymore to vote down my posts because those of tankerton stops here. I will now concentrate on my other investments under a new name so the troll can't follow. | tankerton
12/12/2024 21:19 | Tankerton, The guys are right, we've been up and down (more down) so many times now it's hard to believe that anyone has Tethys or it's smaller investors best interest at heart. So we are all entitled to a good old moan and let off some steam about how long we've all been here, WAITING. | 1399peter
12/12/2024 17:55 | Only because I thought they were a gonna (like 99% of us on here) and had written them off. Its the hope that kills us on here | cutliff2
12/12/2024 16:55 | cutliff2, if I thought for a single second your view had some validity then I would be pressing the sell button without delay. Luckily I don't but you are welcome to your opinion. | tankerton
12/12/2024 15:48 | Dr3dd, that's the point, although the price is static and being controlled, the volumes recently have risen substantially. So whilst it seems like nothing is happening, in the background there most certainly is. | tankerton
12/12/2024 15:07 | Raymond James at it again, right on the bell. | dr3dd
12/12/2024 13:42 | It was all made easy by the continued delays and the made up drama's. | 1399peter
11/12/2024 23:30 | Bahamas, obviously one of their managed funds. I wouldn't read too much into it. | tankerton
11/12/2024 23:02 | Simply Wall Street site shows Yapi Kredi Portföy Yönetimi A.S. (Turkish Fund Managers) own 2.38% of TPL since 31.12.23 This opens up the potential for those active in Turkey (ie Russian Oligachs) There goes my paranoia again. | bahamasoil
11/12/2024 22:59 | Dr3dd, Bill is no fool. None of the extra shares are coming from Pope. | tankerton
11/12/2024 22:32 | Bill Wells is not a stupid man by what we have seen over the past near decade. As CEO and major investor he must know what he is doing financially and about Fincraft and their share purchases. If he does not he is a bloody fool. | dr3dd
11/12/2024 22:03 | "It does make you wonder about the politics involved in getting the other investors to sell." Indeed it does. Fincraft seem to have all the cards at the moment, will Pope get bent over a barrel in this process. | atomaton
11/12/2024 21:44 | Dr3dd, $0.77 was probably the price at the time the private transfer was agreed in principle. The price was probably held at or around that price to allow the deal to be agreed just like the price is now being held at $1.30 for some other reason which we will find out in due course. Peter, I understand your concerns but the new guy is not known for his patience, quite the reverse, he is a man for doing deals. In fact I'm amazed just how quick he has put his stake together. It does make you wonder about the politics involved in getting the other investors to sell. | tankerton |
