07/12/2024 22:41 | Tankerton, You just reminded me of every company boss I've ever worked for saying they're not making any money out of this job. And yet turn up to work in a 100k + car and live in a £2m house. Those kind of people never take a big hit. That's for the likes of you and me mate. | ![]() 1399peter
07/12/2024 21:52 | Peter, dilution would depend on how it was worked but it would be a bigger pie. Fincraft would take the biggest hit with a stake in all companies. It's early days and we need to get the production licence first but I do feel that there is something bigger going on with the new guy than Tethys alone. | ![]() tankerton
07/12/2024 20:24 | I do think that our new investor is needed. But it could turn out to be a bit of a double edged sword as far as we're concerned. | ![]() 1399peter
07/12/2024 20:19 | Tankerton You could be right about that. My concern there would be an amalgamation of companies becoming a serious amount of dilution for smaller investors such as ourselves | ![]() 1399peter
07/12/2024 16:29 | I suspect Tethys are part of a bigger plan. Why would Fincraft but stakes in 3 different oil & gas companies in the last few months. Could it be they are part of an amalgamation of assets forming a larger concern, taking on larger projects and raising cash with a NYSE listing. | ![]() tankerton
07/12/2024 12:26 | There was a chunk on offer around 1.3 that nobody sold into on Friday. Technicals look good for a push up through 1.7 area. Buyer/s need to find sellers.. All lining up for a bump up in price imo | ![]() atomaton
06/12/2024 13:37 | This is true, but it's not like they haven't had the time to average down 😂. Right now I'd just be happy with some regular news flow. Edit: forgot to add that it would also be nice to see more than one buyer 😴 | ![]() 1399peter
06/12/2024 11:58 | $50 a share might mean than some people break even.....;-) | ![]() dr3dd
06/12/2024 04:01 | $50 a share would be nice, I could even buy some btc with that money. | zangdook
05/12/2024 23:24 | Tankerton, Quite ironic really. Dragon was one of my best investments many years ago. I would like to see Tethys do a lot better. Imo us$40 to $50 a share is achievable. Maybe double that if they find a few billion barrels. | ![]() 1399peter
05/12/2024 23:18 | I had Dragon shares at the time and I remember thinking the price under valued the shares, but didn't ENOC have connections with Iran and the deal was quickly concluded? | ![]() bahamasoil
05/12/2024 18:45 | I suppose if Mr $1.30 hangs on long enough he will get his order filled. Might be a while though 💤 😴. | ![]() 1399peter
04/12/2024 22:28 | Peter, I would second that. | ![]() tankerton
04/12/2024 21:52 | Tankerton, Yes, I am quietly confident that we now have the right kind of investor on board. Let's see if we find that out sooner rather than the usual "much later" | ![]() 1399peter
04/12/2024 21:21 | Peter yes of course we all want to see this power ahead and I'm sure there are plans in place for the company to do just that but nothing can happen before the production licence is signed. I am comforted by the new guys investment here. I just don't see him buying a large stake and just sitting on it. I think that he has a bigger plan in Kazakhstan's oil and gas industry and he is going to use Tethys to achieve it. | ![]() tankerton
04/12/2024 20:01 | Tankerton, I do understand what you're saying. I would like to see things moving along now with pace. Those who didn't get out all those years ago are still waiting for the accelerator pedal to finally get some use. | ![]() 1399peter
04/12/2024 14:42 | Peter, as I said to you before, Bills adding of shares was facilitated by there being plenty of sellers at the time. Back then everyone just wanted out but now people are starting to realise that Tethys has a future and possibly a very bright one. As such people are less willing to sell while more are looking to buy. In that situation it would be a lot harder to build a stake without pushing the price up. Bear in mind also that Fincraft if adding would be interested in buying millions, not the odd few shares here and there. In brief any sustained buying would see an amplified move on the price because of the nature of the matched bargain market they are on. | ![]() tankerton
04/12/2024 13:52 | Tankerton, Who's to say fincraft aren't behind the $1.30 order. Cutliff, it would be nice to see that license before Christmas | ![]() 1399peter
04/12/2024 13:28 | Shhh... :) | ![]() karmicpete |
