Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated July 3, 2018, the Exchange has been advised that the Cease Trade Order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission dated June 29, 2018 has been revoked.

Effective at theopening, Wednesday, September 19, 2018, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Company.

At a glance, I think we are better informed on the BB.
There is no mention that all Tethys needs is some cash to get the wells drilled.

My gut tells me that NI would have liked to get more shares but the TSX rules prevented it..

I have just looked at the KZ stock exchange on Tethys and note that PAM holds 87.7m shares as at July 2018.

I agree.
But if PAM holds only 380k, who else but Wells holds the 63m ?.
Perhaps that's why he stays on as
chairman of Tethys and wants to continue even after NI acquires 20%.

I am just speculating that PAM does not want to put any more money in Tethys for drilling.Wells would rather dilute the value of his and our equity by giving it away for peanuts.
I hope that this is the ultimate deal involving dilution after NI comes in as it would mean dilution for NI.

The options outstanding at 31/3/18 are 13.7m of which 9.5m are exerciseable
The warrants outstanding and exerciseable are 192.3m offered to Kumar
This info is shown in the interim financial statements dated 5 Sept 2018.

As regards Wells investment in Tethys, my view is that he holds 64m shares.
It would be of interest if PAM holds this instead of Wells.
