05/9/2018 12:05 | Great Wall would be my choice as well. They proved successful before. Maybe get a few companies onboard to drill more holes quicker!!!!! | temporarily insane
05/9/2018 11:58 | How about Great Wall or any other based in KZ ?. | hguess16
05/9/2018 11:48 | I like your thinking hguess16. Who would drill the wells? | temporarily insane
05/9/2018 11:15 | If all this is true, I can imagine a scenario as follows: - Transgas buys gas - Olisol buys oil - but at what price ?. Who finds the money for the drilling of wells ?. Transgas, and Olisol, are exclusive buyers of Tethys output. This could be offered as collateral for a loan to drill the wells. In addition, Transgas, PAM, Kumar, and Olisol could offer a joint guarantee for the loan. This would be backed by a realistic drilling programme and better prices. Does this sound feasible ?. | hguess16
05/9/2018 11:00 | Averaging down....LOL | temporarily insane
05/9/2018 10:59 | TI, surely you are not thinking about sinking more money into this shambles???!!?? | casual47
05/9/2018 10:56 | Good research gentlemen. If indeed the facts are true then I feel there might be a little bit of confidence returning. Shame non of us can buy any shares whilst all this is going on though. | temporarily insane
05/9/2018 10:51 | Well said Casual !. Being at the bottom of the pyramid, we are kept in the dark. I suppose until the final agreement is done and dusted, nothing is revealed. My guess is that the deal is still being discussed, as there are a number of issues to be agreed if KTransgas,Kumar and Olisol are involved. The news should have been released now as the deadline for the deal incl the warrants take up was due by 31 Aug. | hguess16
05/9/2018 10:29 | Btw, the fact that Tethys BOD gives zero information about the new director or the new investors is pretty indicative of the disdain with which they treat their shareholders. Pretty scummy, really. | casual47
05/9/2018 10:25 | The Abay in the article left KTG Aimak before May 2016. "A. Amirkhanov was transferred to another job in the gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press service of KTGA reported." It is too much of a coincidence that it wouldn't be the same guy. Also, there are zero search results for Mr. Abay when googling the English name. I only managed to find a couple of pre-2017 articles on Google by searching on the Russian version for his name. This leads me to believe that Mojohead knows more about this as he posted about the KTGA link weeks ago. So either he is as clever with Google as I am ;) (possible!), or he is a Russian speaker and googled it in Russian by default or he has local knowledge. Add to that the fact that he never posted before and his first post was that one just adds to the suspicion he may be "in the loop". | casual47
05/9/2018 07:07 | What I would like to say, though, is that if Casual is right about Mojohead's Abay Amirkanov being ex Transgas, then you might realise that Transgas buys Tethys gas and Olisol tried to stop Transgas from buying gas from Tethys in late Dec 2016 following the IA dispute. Would it not be interesting if Amirkanov/Tethys do a deal with Olisol to keep them onside in this proposed new deal ?. It would be " kiss and make up" and, back to square one !. | hguess16
05/9/2018 06:40 | TI, I would rather discuss info on the BB than get involved in sending PM's. Let us see what the " prudent, cautious" Tethys BOD has to say, hopefully soon. | hguess16
04/9/2018 22:03 | Perhaps it would be better coming from you TI !. | hguess16
04/9/2018 21:52 | Hguess16 send Mojohead a PM. | temporarily insane
04/9/2018 21:36 | Casual....congrats on a good find... ALL WE WANT IS FOR TETHYS TO BE A SUCCESS FOR EVERYBODY! | temporarily insane
04/9/2018 19:58 | Mojohead, Are you in a position to tell us more about the main Man or Men !. | hguess16
04/9/2018 19:28 | Thanks Casual, Very interesting !. The question is why this guy will be representing two parties on the Tethys Board!. | hguess16
04/9/2018 19:23 | Thanks Casual | hguess16
04/9/2018 19:01 | This could be our new director (see pic in article): The guy in the article left KazTransGas Aimak a couple of years back. | casual47
04/9/2018 18:47 | Well said TI. Sounds a good idea, but may not come to fruition !. | hguess16
04/9/2018 18:39 | Invested over $12m in Tethys and then tried every illegal move in the book to ruin it and steal it from the shareholders. That $12m should be donated as compensation to the real investors for the past few years of time wasting and decimation of the share price and everybody's investment value, who actually want Tethys to succeed. | temporarily insane
04/9/2018 18:30 | Remember Olisol have invested over $12m in Tethys !. IMO, They are not going to go away unless they get something out of this deal. | hguess16 |
