Just to add to Redstone's post, the involvement of the UK financial ombudsman put pressure on TD/ii to agree to solving my issue on the Limbo shares by the year end.
TD/ii have agreed to refund the cost of the shares if they are unable to release the Limbo shares by year end.

1399Peter, it sounds like you will need to get the ombudsman involved (as HGuess did) as clearly one side is in the wrong here.I also had a similar standoff where BestInvest said they were still in electronic form after the delisting but it turns out they weren't and they held them in certificate. TD Direct / ii we're right in my case. BestInvest did then do the deposit to DRS but had to do it for all TPL shares they had in their nominee account in one go (I sent then the forms and instructions how to do so). Once that was done the transfer finally took place but not without a couple more jobsworths trying to scupper the process as TD Direct cancelled my transfer saying it was taking too long!

I have mentioned this to them, but my broker has explained to me that they do not understand what ii/ TD's problem is as they are in electronic format. So someone is talking bull.

1399Peter, as mentioned before I had the same with TD Direct / ii requiring them to be converted to electronic format. Only after I got Best Invest (who I was transferring out from) to deposit my shares with DRS (TSX Trust) would they reinstate my transfer. It did complete, however.I'm now trying to get ii to do the same for certificates which were in my name and I deposited myself with DRS - they have gone a bit silent on that... I will chase.

We too "have a lot of money at a loss tied up" and hopefully the honey will take a while to get to Winnie, once this "bleeding mess" is sorted out.
PAM has 89m shares at least at over 15p ( my guess) and Olisol has 63m shares at 7.4p
( $0.10) at stake.
So, they too are at a "tied up loss " !.

"The share price is still 1.5 cents after 2 years" because existing Tethys investors have yet to regain confidence and skepticism of new investors about Tethys future prospects following the " rape ", deception, GBH, and unresolved legal disputes faced by the company.
The share price will only recover when the recovery signs are more clearly revealed and the star signs are aligned.
Remember a major shareholder in dispute also watches this BB with interest !.
So there is little point in slagging off (on a daily basis) a Tethys Mgt who are fighting to keep the ship afloat.

Eeyore syndrome has set in among a few here !.
" It aint rocket science " to read the 3rd Qtr Operational Review and note the events and actions at Tethys.

Gas
- Tethys Gas flows into the main trunkline which owned by ICA, a division of the KZ
State natural gas company KazTransGas.

- Gas is produced from a total of 13 wells, 8 in Kyzyloi, 5 in Akkulka.
- Great Wall has completed drilling 4 wells with the 5th to commence.
- In total when drilling is completed, 12 wells will come on stream in 2018.
- Production rates range between 53-60 Mcm/day.

Oil
The Klymene has the potential to an order of magnitude bigger than the Doris oil discovery( up to 10 times the areal extent of the Doris oil field).

AOT
Tethys is considering its options with regard to disposing its 50% interest in the
AOT. The other 50% is owned by "Olisol".
I wonder whose oil is being processed as Tethys oil has not been transported to AOT
in 2017.

Is Tethys Mgt simply doing all the above for " political reasons " as mentioned
on the BB ?.
Might be useful to first read the 3rd Qtr content with more care !.

I guess that's a NO! then. Lets be honest here, if the KAZ authorities wanted Tethys to win this it would have happened by now. Tethys might continue purely for political reasons but not as we would all like to see.

As far as i can recall (DYOR) TPL are no longer supplying gas to the state owned gas company?

If so, that in itself is a sign that possibly things aren't all that chummy between TPL and Kaz gov?

If they are still supplying gas to them then that's a different matter
...

I kind of thought the same thing, that something was about to happen or had, and Olisol were stirring it up with their press release.

I am not totally confident that the Kaz authorities will support Tethys as a business. I guess we will soon find out.

A few days ago you asked when the KZ Supreme Court is likely to hear the TAG Appeal
Dispute.
Having read the recent press release by Olisol and a BB comment by " dcdre " critical of Tethys Mgt a few days ago, my considered view is that perhaps Olisol is trying to pressure Tethys to settle this EGG/TAG dispute PRIOR to the Appeal hearing which is most likely to be heard prior to the year end.
I am hoping that the Court, in its decision, will take into consideration the amount of money invested by Tethys in KZ (> $200m ) to date, and that it would be in the interests of all concerned incl the KZ economy, to ensure that Tethys continues its operations of exploration and distribution of gas and oil in future, without any more interruption to its business.

How obvious does this have to be until the Board open their eyes and step up and achieve something.

Lets be real, who really desperately needed to sell to gain their $150 for gifts.





Come on Wells soooooooorrt this mess out. I thought you were good at this finance stuff.....in theory you have achieved nothing after 3 years based upon the share price.
