24/11/2017 19:45 | dcrdre Interesting summary that might need some correction !. " they got their shares at a cheap price and got access to cheap oil as well" ?. Is it possible that they got their shares at a cheap price because Olisol failed to honour the Investment Agreement ?. Is it also true that Skripka of EGG/Olisol got TAG oil at a cheap price via an " exclusive contract " which is subject to a dispute. "Where is the development" ?. Tethys has drilled 5 gas wells to date and installed an ESP and has increased oil output. " One of those Kumars even ran away" ?. Perhaps Sanjeev Kumar ran away because Olisol put pressure on on them via a press release in the UK. " They don't report anything to the shareholders" ?. Would it be reasonable to assume that Tethys Mgt have to be careful in publishing information because it is involved in a legal dispute with Olisol, a major shareholder of Tethys. " Bill Wells .... how could he trust these laymen, swindlers" ?. I read that Bill Wells was directly involved in the appointment of Ken May as CEO following the breach of contract of the IA and resignation of Abramov of Olisol ( Chairman). I hope the corrections above to your statements provide a more balanced view of events to date. If only Olisol had honoured its commitments by adhering to the Investment Agreement, it would have saved all Tethys investors a great deal of heartache and the Tethys Share Price would have been significantly higher than the measly 1.5 Can Cents. Why did Abramov commit a breach of contract and carry out illegal acts against TAG in KZ ?. Very tragic turn of events that could have been avoided !. | hguess16
24/11/2017 18:46 | Read those press releases by Tethys issued a year ago - look at how high their hopes were for Kumars… What these Kumars had to do - to increase the prices, organize gas export, cancel out Olisol… And what do we see today - they got their shares at a cheap price and got an access to cheap oil as well… One of those Kumars even ran away and transferred his shares to some Yessenov… Where is the development, where is our return on investment? We, shareholders, are listening to what management is saying and it is all lies… They don’t report anything to the shareholders and probably are lining their pockets just like Robson did. We have no idea about how the company’s operations are led - on the basis of what do they make their decisions??? It’s a chaos.. Bill Wells is a sophisticated investor (I know that his family has invested a lot) - how could he trust these laymen, swindlers? | dcrdre

23/11/2017 18:15 | I am presuming that a number of us will be unable to trade until the transfer to TSXV is confirmed and completed. My share service provider has indicated the transfer middle tier company rip off merchants are quoting a multiple dollar fee to do so... it doesn't just rain!. | toppix

20/11/2017 09:43 | TI, Remember,Tethys Mgt are trying to undo an "exclusive " contract signed by Robson in KZ which virtually handed over the keys to its oil safe to Abramov/Skripka's EGG. Until that is sorted out, we have to wait and hope that the Supreme Court in KZ decides. | hguess16
20/11/2017 09:32 | "Olisol was in breach of contract, has disrupted Tethys ops in KZ and issued erroneous and damaging press statements".... That is why I am so angry and frustrated at the Tethys management as it appears a clean case for Tethys but they take so long whilst Olisol continue to create trouble whilst we are all forced to accept this. | temporarily insane
20/11/2017 07:05 | Olisol was in breach of contract, has disrupted Tethys ops in KZ and issued erroneous and damaging press statements. The Kumars stepped with AK(Logstics) when Tethys was virtually bankrupted by Olisol who failed to meet its obligations under the IA. IMO, PAM had no option at that stage, but weaken Abramov/Olisol's controlling stake in Tethys. Casual agreed that Abramov could fund the purchase of 181m shares using W/C instead of paying $9.8m as per the IA. Olisol selected Piers Johnson as a director of Tethys in its requisition for an EGM to remove the Tethys BOD in 2017. Piers Johnson was a former director of Tethys ( in the Robson era) and a member of the Remuneration Committee at that time !. The "Remuneration Committee" were very generous (using investors money ) to line the pockets of Robson and his crew and his "KZ supporters" Is there a link between Abramov and Piers Johnson ?. | hguess16
20/11/2017 03:11 | Keep taking the tablets TI! :-) The sooner you accept its all over the sooner you can start to get your life back. Will probably do wonders for your stress levels too! :-) Should look to buy ASCO on the dip, usually doubles every year to 18 months. | itchycrack
19/11/2017 23:27 | "Why was Tethys that desperate to team up with a dubious private outfit like Olisol in 2012 ?." Probably same reason TPL selected to work with the puppet masters behind the Kumars? Do you think they are squeaky clean? As far as i know: TPL has no logistics of its own to get their output distributed and it would be un-economical for them to do so themselves. This puts them at the mercy of companies like Olisol and Kumars. That is why the Kumars got nearly 20% of the company for peanuts. That is why Kumars are paying just a couple of cents per barrel more than what Olisol used to pay. IMO, DYOR, etc | casual47
19/11/2017 22:33 | IMO Olisol has focused on taking on Tethys in their own territory on their own terms with support from some of the local mafia and maybe some local officials backing them. What amazes me is how and why Olisol was selected to partner Tethys in the AOT JV and become the exclusive buyer of Tethys oil at terms very favourable to Olisol. Why was Tethys that desperate to team up with a dubious private outfit like Olisol in 2012 ?. Was there no one else with repute and credibility in KZ willing to team up with Tethys which had started producing oil in KZ. Did Robson and Co: invite tenders in the selection process ?. I have not seen any Tethys info on how Olisol was selected as the appropriate party to partner Tethys. Let's see when and how soon the KZ Supreme Court is scheduled to decide on the TAG appeal against EGG, a creation of Abramov and Skripka. | hguess16
19/11/2017 05:37 | Is Olisol, a private company, registered in Cyprus, answerable to any competent authority ?. It is not publicly listed and could be leading us up the garden path. Based on their past actions, could Olisol's press releases be credible ?.Could they contain a deceiving mix of truths and half truths ?. I am hoping that we will receive confirmation from Tethys that the decision that really matters is ultimately that of the KZ Supreme Court on the TAG appeal. | hguess16 |
