12/12/2017 15:02 | If that is true redstone64, lets see how the management can devalue our investment further as seems to be the standard pattern by this lot. We await the RNS to confirm the incompetence. I hope I am proved 100% wrong and we can be proud of the decisions that have been made by our illustrious leaders. We continue to wait as usual. | temporarily insane
12/12/2017 14:52 | Is today not the TSX listing review date? We should expect to learn the outcome and if the Application for the TSX Venture exchange has been successful (if required). | redstone64
11/12/2017 19:29 | When will this actually do anything positive? Are the Board trying to drag everything out on purpose? | temporarily insane
07/12/2017 12:04 | There are people who intentionally invest in delisting shares specifically for this purpose: so they can release funds from their pension wrapper. It's a curious loophole. | casual47
07/12/2017 11:46 | The shares I have left are in my SIPP. Barclays will send them to me in certificate form end of the month. My plan atm is to see what happens with TPL and perhaps sell them via one of the brokers who supports this (with some additional fees no doubt). The advantages to me of doing it this way are: 1. I am effectively releasing them from the pension wrapper so I can do with them as I like 2. If I sell them I could always deposit the cash back into my pension wrapper and get tax relief added onto it which should offset some of the costs associated with this process and possibly make me some money on top. | casual47
07/12/2017 02:04 | Pipeline to china has started for natural gas. Maybe we will get update some day as the drilling was for this purpose. | leo107
06/12/2017 08:56 | Just to add to Redstone's post, the involvement of the UK financial ombudsman put pressure on TD/ii to agree to solving my issue on the Limbo shares by the year end. TD/ii have agreed to refund the cost of the shares if they are unable to release the Limbo shares by year end. | hguess16
06/12/2017 07:00 | 1399Peter, it sounds like you will need to get the ombudsman involved (as HGuess did) as clearly one side is in the wrong here.I also had a similar standoff where BestInvest said they were still in electronic form after the delisting but it turns out they weren't and they held them in certificate. TD Direct / ii we're right in my case. BestInvest did then do the deposit to DRS but had to do it for all TPL shares they had in their nominee account in one go (I sent then the forms and instructions how to do so). Once that was done the transfer finally took place but not without a couple more jobsworths trying to scupper the process as TD Direct cancelled my transfer saying it was taking too long! | redstone64
05/12/2017 22:11 | Redstone, I have mentioned this to them, but my broker has explained to me that they do not understand what ii/ TD's problem is as they are in electronic format. So someone is talking bull. | 1399peter
05/12/2017 19:54 | 1399Peter, as mentioned before I had the same with TD Direct / ii requiring them to be converted to electronic format. Only after I got Best Invest (who I was transferring out from) to deposit my shares with DRS (TSX Trust) would they reinstate my transfer. It did complete, however.I'm now trying to get ii to do the same for certificates which were in my name and I deposited myself with DRS - they have gone a bit silent on that... I will chase. | redstone64
