21/4/2017 11:08 | Note how over the past week, multiple shares sold have been rounded to the nearest 1000, so I recon short spread bets have been used to manipulate the share price down to TSX value. | temporarily insane
21/4/2017 11:06 | Cheers wrighty46. In a standard way, we have all been waiting. | temporarily insane
21/4/2017 11:03 | Spoke to him this morning mate. He is aware. But that's about all I can say. Hopefully he should be contacting me later today with some answers to a few of my questions re De listing. He's waiting for them to wake up over the pond. | wrighty46
21/4/2017 11:02 | Now let me remind everybody that we are 1.2pence above where Robson was supposed to have got us. And it has been like this for over a year. | temporarily insane
21/4/2017 10:57 | Meanwhile this drops again to near all time lows. Has anybody spoken to Clive Oliver to make him aware of this? | temporarily insane
21/4/2017 09:23 | Just spoken to Clive Oliver at tpl. He is now aware of some of the issues. The problem I'm having is any new company won't accept paper certificates for international trading. Not a problem as I am not looking to sell yet but I need something in place for when I do sell. Let's just say he was very helpful and assured me he will get some answers for me. | wrighty46
21/4/2017 09:23 | Does seem a bit of a coincidence that the delisting occurs just as some news on gas wells may be forthcoming! Still no official word from HL on my isa holding so will try and give them a ring shortly. | ratfan
21/4/2017 09:11 | Neily, can I ask are you already with hl? As I seem to be hitting a brick wall with them and td direct? | wrighty46
20/4/2017 21:09 | transferring to HL vantage account, paperwork being sorted in the next week or so | neilyb675
20/4/2017 21:07 | Stephen Loo, Please study the previous information supplied by Tethys and other sources and you will find out more about why AGR paid more than the Kumars for Tethys. Investing is all about when you decide to invest and what takes place after you invest in a company. Tethys was nearly bankrupt late last year and the Kumars were " angels in disguise " or some might say, smart investors !. | hguess16
20/4/2017 20:58 | JPodTrdaing, Thanks. That confirms my understanding of the tsfr to TSX. | hguess16
20/4/2017 20:23 | What is the meaning to involve new investors , who are not useful during last 7 months!!!??? AGR made much more, than Kumars for Tethys !!! | stephen loo

20/4/2017 20:22 | Following my email to TD Direct yesterday about where I currently stand, I received this back today. So all looks good for the time being! ---------- Thank you for your recent email regarding the Tethys Petroleum shares Corporate Action. I can confirm that no further action is required from you at this stage and we will convert the shares from the London Stock Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange on your behalf. As mentioned on the Corporate Action Notification, due to the complexities of cross border transfers it may take a number of weeks for the shares to be deposited into the Canadian market. During this transition period the stock will not be tradable. Your account will be updated upon receipt of the proceeds but in some circumstances there may be delays in the proceeds being credited to us. Please allow 10 working days for your account to be updated. I hope the information provided is useful and addresses your concerns. ---------- | jpodtrading
20/4/2017 19:39 | Re the AGR Loan, I understand it was a convertible and not covered by any specific asset. Obviously AGR will not convert at these levels, so hopefully will extend the period of the loan and earn interest OR if all goes well, Tethys could pay it off earlier, perhaps by end 2017. If I might comment on the reason for not giving us the option to participate when the Kumars came in and effectively diluted us, my view is that Tethys had no option as it would have meant offering to all investors, incl " you know Who " and that would have been a case of suicide for Tethys !. | hguess16
20/4/2017 19:04 | That's very informative to read these posts. If there are such hot opinions by evaluation of Tethys's management and investors, then it's only because of that everybody looks at situation by one's side. I hope that, nobody of us lose. Do the drilling of new wells will increase production ? And what price will have the product ? For me, the politic of Tethys is not clear and where do it goes. Emission of new shares - they've published new shares, but, there was no offer to us to other shareholders keep our package. Our shares are "diluted". Finally, I want to say - excessive aggression spoils appetite and damage your nerves, better to keep. Have a good evening everybody. | stephen loo
20/4/2017 17:58 | TI,1399Peter, What may affect the share price could also be the events following the commencement of the new drilling ops from early May and mini-compressor installation in July. If I read the " tea leaves" right and these events work to plan, it could result in a very significant increase in output, which we have not seen for years. Put simply, ask yourself ?. What is the effect of drilling 12 additional gas wells ?. What is the effect of using a mini compressor to enhance output ?. Also, how much would a revised pricing policy for gas and oil add to revenues ?. Now, add to it a possible deal to pre-sell proved reserves to potential new partners !. This is not speculation !. It is based on what I believe is in progress, most of it backed by the RNS dated 29 March !. The only outstanding rescheduling of loans due, is the AGR Energy loan due in June !. Any views !!. | hguess16
20/4/2017 17:12 | Looks that way TI, I can't see anything happening here until all the legal stuff is sorted out which I suspect will conveniently happen shortly after De-list. It could actually be a very smart move, but then I could be totally wrong lol | 1399peter
20/4/2017 17:05 | So we have to look forward to zero amount of trades over on TSX then as in today | temporarily insane
20/4/2017 16:30 | 1399Peter, Your perception re the delisting is doubtful for the following reasons: - TPL's main listing is in Canada; TSX. LSE is only a secondary listing and I believe the secondary listing decision may have been influenced by Robson and his former vice chairman, Peter Lilley, ex Tory cabinet minister and also former major shareholder, Capital Investors who are based in the UK. So any Canada Court rulings would apply whether TPL is listed or delisted from the LSE My view is that Ken May felt that a secondary listing on the LSE was just an unnecessary O/H. | hguess16
20/4/2017 12:22 | Are we sure that its £100000? It would be good to get the backing of Bill Wells/Ken May and then maybe more might be interested. | temporarily insane |
