Pity, we PI's were lumbered with the delisting saga as I am sure you will agree that it has caused serious damage to the share price and discounted the earlier news of the 29/3.
However we do need some positive operations news soon in order to correct that anomaly.
The right moves on OPS have been put in place by Ken May and it needs execution of those moves for the recovery to occur !.
Let's hope that it happens soon !.

hguess, I think that is probably a bit exaggerated lol. As I said previously, the lack of share price movement suggests there isn't too much positive feeling around amongst the dealers/brokers etc. I won't argue that it's nice to get regular updates, especially at this crucial stage in Tethys survival but it's also reassuring to see the share price ticking up to support those positive things happening behind the scenes.

That is all most of us would like to see. Using your own analogy about "having a baby". You don't check on a baby every few months, you check on it constantly.

Tethys faced virtual collapse and bankruptcy in Dec last year !.
I hope that the company is well on the way out of that situation now as 40 days ago,
on 29 March, the RNS announced the drilling of 12 new wells and an enhancement of extraction using a mini-compressor. The rescheduling of the Khan short term debt was
another positive step in the right direction.
I get the impression that a few shareholders, no doubt stung by a series of dreadful
events do need regular doses of positive news in order to bolster their thirst for
survival in this environment of scarcity.
However, as I mentioned before, it is wiser to be a little more prudent now rather than filling the airwaves with news of a premature nature !.
This is not a 100m race, but rather a 5000m trek and Tethys, like "Mobot" has just about completed 2 laps and is still in contention to win at the end !.
The " nearly bankrupt" comment is just a reminder that there are risks that need to be overcome at this crucial stage !.

Exactly benademmiboo. As I have said before, these guys seemed as though they were desperate to try and post the negatives to try and get the share price down, and then to magically convert a loan at near all time lows. Now to wait for the good news.

Bill Wells and Ken May know what they are doing.




Meanwhile yesterdays guess proved correct, the same as the guess the day before.......

How can new investors buy the rumor, and sell the news, without even getting a chance to hear the rumor? You can't boost liquidity and increase share price with a 40-day-old press release that reminds readers at the end of it that they are nearly bankrupt.

Having been through the hype and broken promises of " false dawns " in the past, I think Bill Wells, as founder of PAM and now chairman of Tethys, has become very cautious about issuing any news prematurely. He would prefer to wait until the " baby"
is born safely, rather than say that Tethys is in " labour" and a successful birth is imminent.
So "shouting from the rooftops" is on hold for the time being !.

1399Peter, the management do not seem interested in spreading any positivity to anyone, let alone shouting from the rooftops to institutions and dealing floors which I personally think is bloody useless.





Its not as if we are a publicly listed company that needs to make their shareholders profits let alone recoup all of their losses.

I am aware that CEO, Ken May is in Kaz since about end April and I presume he is
making sure progress is being made on the drilling. All is focused on production and
pricing at present and Tethys is trying to make sure that they can achieve the objectives which were stated on the RNS dated 29 March.
There is also an independent review in progress on a possible pre-selling deal to
new partners if the review provides a feasible way of moving forward on this deal for both parties.
The Tethys team will only release this info if and when it is completed and approved
by the BOD !.

Do we actually know that the drill crew are there and working hguess. Because if they are it kind of tells me how uninterested the market is in Tethys. This kind of news would normally be buzzing around the dealing floors and creating a little bit of interest surely.

Wrighty mentioned that we should expect some news on 15 May incl news on how the drilling which commenced in May. I am hoping that we might get some positive news on the progress of the 12 gas wells.
I have been looking at the Stockhouse website and note that they are less informed compared to us on this website.

Its been so long since we all voted to allow Bill Wells to take over and so far he has achieved less than what Robson did in more time.


We await further details of ......... who the hell knows.
