TPL Share Price Anomaly !!.

I see that the current TPL share price at 1.25p is trading at a level even below the price the Kumars paid for their shares, and PAM, who converted debt to equity.
They both paid/converted at 1.27p ( 1.593 cents).
This is clearly a significant undervaluation and I wonder how long this anomaly will continue in the market.
Investors seem to have ignored the 29/3 Tethys RNS re drilling 12 more wells,the mini compressor enhancement and the rescheduling of the Khan Energy Loan !!.

Is this anomaly attributable to the impending delisting from the LSE ?.
Will this anomaly be corrected after delisting in early May ?.
Seems that some UK investors have/are throwing in the towel !.
What a pity !!.

I'm not expecting it to happen quickly. I have left it late and was just as confused to be honest. It really is a last resort and feel like I am taking the only option available to me. I don't have the certificate from Halifax but have completed the transfer form which authorises HL to speak with Halifax and gives them my account/ref no's etc. See what happens ....

It is slightly annoying that I emailed HL back to say I had got the forms email and was filling it in etc, but got no response (I mentioned that I was not in possession of the certificate)....some response would of given me a warmer feeling.

Hi neily, you've had more luck than me. When I asked them at hl they said it couldn't be done as the transfer won't be completed before De listing. The plot thickens grrr. Hope yours goes through smoothly.Wrighty

wrighty - no mate. Guy called Ahmet emailed me the forms to transfer the shares into a HL vantage account.

Fair point TI, I have never taken the spread bet route so didn't really give it a lot of thought. I just assumed it was people bailing out before the final bell.

How many people purchase shares rounded to multiples of 1000 unless buying using spread bets?

I dont.

Note how over the past week, multiple shares sold have been rounded to the nearest 1000, so I recon short spread bets have been used to manipulate the share price down to TSX value.

Just spoken to Clive Oliver at tpl. He is now aware of some of the issues. The problem I'm having is any new company won't accept paper certificates for international trading. Not a problem as I am not looking to sell yet but I need something in place for when I do sell. Let's just say he was very helpful and assured me he will get some answers for me.

Does seem a bit of a coincidence that the delisting occurs just as some news on gas wells may be forthcoming! Still no official word from HL on my isa holding so will try and give them a ring shortly.

Please study the previous information supplied by Tethys and other sources and you will find out more about why AGR paid more than the Kumars for Tethys.
Investing is all about when you decide to invest and what takes place after you invest
in a company.
Tethys was nearly bankrupt late last year and the Kumars were " angels in disguise " or some might say, smart investors !.

I can confirm that no further action is required from you at this stage and we will convert the shares from the London Stock Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange on your behalf.
As mentioned on the Corporate Action Notification, due to the complexities of cross border transfers it may take a number of weeks for the shares to be deposited into the Canadian market. During this transition period the stock will not be tradable.
Your account will be updated upon receipt of the proceeds but in some circumstances there may be delays in the proceeds being credited to us. Please allow 10 working days for your account to be updated.

Re the AGR Loan, I understand it was a convertible and not covered by any specific asset. Obviously AGR will not convert at these levels, so hopefully will extend the
period of the loan and earn interest OR if all goes well, Tethys could pay it off earlier, perhaps by end 2017.
If I might comment on the reason for not giving us the option to participate when the
Kumars came in and effectively diluted us, my view is that Tethys had no option as it would have meant offering to all investors, incl " you know Who " and that would have been a case of suicide for Tethys !.

That's very informative to read these posts. If there are such hot opinions by evaluation of Tethys's management and investors, then it's only because of that everybody looks at situation by one's side. I hope that, nobody of us lose. Do the drilling of new wells will increase production ? And what price will have the product ? For me, the politic of Tethys is not clear and where do it goes.
Emission of new shares - they've published new shares, but, there was no offer to us to other shareholders keep our package. Our shares are "diluted".
Finally, I want to say - excessive aggression spoils appetite and damage your nerves, better to keep. Have a good evening everybody.
