the silence from Tesco directors is all about waiting till the free shares are rewarded by the remuneration report who have the info to decide bonuses .
then we will get info but remember the lower the share price the more free shares to directors more dilution for holders .

why have Tesco remuneration committee given out bonuses to directors over the last
3 years on bad results and a fall of over 25% in m/c . today Tesco is at the same level as of oct 2014 yet as paid out no divs but millions in director bonuses for what this is the question that must be answered but can get no answers

since he arrived share price down 65p 2,5 months and still down 65p paid no divs out so why are they still very sick
