He's doing a damn fine job. To do what he is doing for the pittance he's paid. I'm not surprised he hasn't walked away. He's a fighter, with true English grit and spirit! He should be knighted, twice! Never met anyone who has met him, say a bad word against him. A truly exceptional human. What a guy!

investors have been paid nothing in divs for nigh on 3 years
which as more than paid for the lose of 2014 saving over 3.7b in not paying a div .

great performance from lewis . even a road sweeper could do that good

I'm an employee and I ticked a box last year for the option of giving 10% of my salary to Sir Dave Lewis. What a truly smashing fellow.

Lewis, who joined from Unilever in September 2014, takes home a total of £4.63 million for 2015/16. His base salary rose from £570,000 to £1.25 million and his pension contribution rose £170,000 to £313,000.
Another £3 million in bonuses was awarded for the board's decision that he had successfully revived the group.
