in for a few as well, have spoken to the company and the advisers, staff go with the technology, due diligence is currently being carried out, not alot being given away which is understandable but why has jenny bought another million and doeshe want more, the initial market reaction to this deal was an increase in price by all 4 houses, trying to get some answers regarding creditors any one else phoned the company? the numbers on the rns is a direct line not via secretary

I dont know joerob look at this rns, is this graham jenney a complete wally?
v strange - what worries me is the wording of the announcement in the first place "heads of terms" "operating assets"
all announced as if its a handshake they think is good, city and supporters all took a dim view "sell out" they cried, "cash shell now!" etc
TRA havent warned that they were in trouble (needing to sell something) instead they have sold something - possibly part of the operation that has been eclipsed by another modus operandi - whatever they didnt seem unhappy about it -
only investors - but even then the sell out that brought the price back to 1.25 wasnt large volume

so, im mildly confused and on that basis i decided to average down based on signals being misinterpreted
cheers

I sold my entire holding @1.78 and bought back in 20 000 as a speculative small punt.Might be worth a small profit.

latestarter,

the 2m was there also - and still is. This was an additional trade.

I no longer have any holding. Managed to get 2.38p for the remainder of mine when I happened to be at the computer when the announcement came through. Interested to see what happens now though. Nightmare management and nightmare share.

How curious...I noticed it too, and yes it was 20m + 1m = 21M at 1p. Interesting stuff (error by ADVFN, or some corporate activity going on that we shouldn't know about yet??)...I'll keep watching on the monitor...

Josephrobert is RIGHT. A 21M trade appeared on the ADVFN lists at around 1730ish and has now disappeared again.

TP - whether 2m was a sell or buy, do you not think it strange that there has been no price movement this morning. Incidently, I do have subsription access to the Ft, and the article did not save anymore than is written in the snippet above, namely "rumours of corporate activity" taking place....interesting stuff.

with a heads up signed youre left with a company trading as a cash shell with 69.41m ? shares in issue @1p give or take, that leaves 2 options, distribute the cash and liquidate or wait for a reverse take over, only problem there is any potential warranty claims. the staff i believe go with the technology, that leaves a very cheap way in to a plc, which warrants further investigation

I only said what I did because I've noticed a lot of buying activity! Who's going to risk 12500 pounds (1 mill buy) unless he/she is pretty sure that this is going to bounce!

20m trade gone through; that's about 30% of the entire number of shares issued.
Who's going to bet that the price moves up tomorrow?

anyone whos followed this know anything about creditors on the balance sheet? theese must be satisfied before a cash shell can move on, havent got a lot of time at the moment, but a quick glance shows just over 1m

Offerman,

Sorry m8 I haven't got it as you need to be a subscriber to FT. I was hoping Akramms might enlighten us further if he has it.
