Sitting on the sidelines and warming the bench is never any fun. It seems that after months of uncertainties, recently released data shows that investors are starting to get back into the game. This indicates that investors are becoming more optimistic about the market's performance in the next few months. In order to forge ahead with renewed confidence, register your email address with this newsletter. It will point you in the right direction by notifying you when an undervalued stock is about to move. It's free and you can cancel at any time. These shares are traded in the US markets.

In this months Techinvest they comment
'not one of our best tips.Still in view of the involvement of Sigma (see April Techinvest ) we suggest holding on for now 'price then 1.125p

In April they said
In view of this (Bob Quinn taking half his salary in shares and Sigma taking payment for the strategic review it undertook in shares i.e. 2.5 mill @2.5p
)it does'nt make sense to dump at the current price(1p)'

The April comment encouraged me to buy more so I am holding on more in hope than anything else but the continued buying activity is perhaps some silver lining.

The value of this co as a shell will depend very much on how much loss is allowable for tax purposes. There is an accumulated loss on the balance sheet of around 11 million, but a lot of this was a write down of goodwill so may not be eligible as a tax loss. Any accountants out there able to clarify this?

out of the three not a lot, beattie financial were the biggest help, i can only think, and it is only a thought that this has been done to flush out a bidder, none of it makes any real sense. at the moment it is a going concern the company stance on the phone was that the staff would go with the technology, leaving 1.15m to be distributed or left in the shell, the only information from advisors was any potential problems with warranties on transfers if TRA was left as a shell.either way they would appear to have tried to do something in the best interest of holders at least by being proactive as opposed to waiting for the cash to run out and the reciever holding a fire sale, the exclusive period means jack, a recent example of that is LFC, someone is buying thats for sure, there was a 500k MM transaction today @1.5 while evo remained on the bid all day. it doesnt help much im afraid but i view this as a spin of the wheel we will either win or loose

Sorry late - but I couldn't follow this. I can get no answers, including from the company despite having asked. What if anything did they say, if you don't mind my asking? Is transeda a going concern or is it a shell? Is there a company left?

two palms your 'wally' theory is possible but I would have said unlikely. He's has had a couple of days to think about it and goes in again? Hmmm...

I hope your 'signals being misinterpreted' is the right one!

think we are making the same point but from different angles, i too couldnt uderstand the market reaction after the annoucement, it iniatially rose, sellers appeared at which point the houses walked the stock down, 2 days later were sat looking asking ourselves why? so i phoned beattie, evo, and the company as part of dyor to see what to make of a poorly? worded rns

answers briefly at the moment this seems to be the best way for the company to move forward as trading remains very "difficult" and maybe they have been proactive in finding some help to at least keep the technology going as opposed to just going to the wall, the directors then come back in and by of the reciever (not uncommon is it) or to flush out any potential bidder

joebob yep thats good ta comment..
but latestarter: i dont get that the tech and the staff have gone
surely you wouldnt reduce yourself to a shell?
if you paid me for my "operational assets" to do a job for you
(with a few of my staff familiar with the modus, thrown in) and you paid me 1.3m for that , i think i have just made a good sale - you valiosys are happy your product is getting my tech + experience, I have just made a deal which costs my wages and a few small logistics, i still own the intelectual property
and i still have the 90% staff remaining, no?

why did everyone run scared, it wasnt a warning, the tra board did a deal they must have thought best for their goals, they havent indicated that they are in immediate need of funds,or that they have sold one of their many "intellectual properties", or that their production line doesnt work anymore

i think the signals here have misunderstood, check out the trades today

interesting stuff

operational assets...
ft said it was "corporate activity"

have now recieved a call from beattie financial, technology goes staff go in receipt of payment of 1.15 million subject to the usual that leaves a cash shell @1.6p per share.......unless a white knight arrives
evo last on the offer the house broker, so all being equal youre in for a free ride at this price looking for the increased offer

TP...don't know much about fundamental analysis so I can't comment about Graham Jenney, but I'm beginning to know about technical analysis...

Technical analysis indicates that there is resistance at 1.375p, 1.7p and 2p.
It also indicates that these resistance levels can be broken...
