Well look at what has happened to Hawthorn in the last two days !!! it was also a cash shell which allows another company to 'reverse' into it and become AIM listed really easily and cheaply and quickly.
My guess is Mr Jenney has a plan and why does the name 'Reversus' sound like reverse ???
Does this man own or have a large interest in an unlisted company ???
I Look forward to buying some of these tomorrow !

Why has there been no formal RNS announcement made regarding the EGM scheduled for November 13? At that meeting there is supposed to be a formal vote on the name change to Reversus and also an opportunity for shareholders to contribute ideas to the way the company moves forward. Now that is management in control!!!!

the collapse is because they sold off their assets for a ridiculous price and are now more or less a cash sell valued at about £700,000. what happens next is anyones guess but hopefully all will be revealed at the egm where we may also find out if mr jenney is a shrewd investor or too rich for his own good!

I was trawling the penny shares and stumbled across this one, can anyone tell the reason for their collapse, and if there is any hope of recovery ?

Curious because TransEDA is just down the road from me (well 25 miles)

Whoops..so ok Transeda plc is still in existence ...has 700k in cash and is due to hold an EGM 'within 45 days of completion' does anyone have more details about when/where this will be ?

Does anyone know what is happening with this company ? According to its website it was acquired by TNI-Valiosys on October 6th ...something I had completely missed. What I can't make out however is what this means for TRA shareholders. Can anyone throw any light ??

Mr. Graham Jenney purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in
the capital of the Company. Following this transaction Mr. Jenney is
interested in 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital
of the Company representing 6.23 per cent. of the issued share capital of

But MMs don't seem to disturbed so far......still 1p to sell and no panick sell off....I'm only guessing but I would have thought that with business being sold that would be the end of the company so why no further collapse in the share price ? The price now pretty much reflects cash value but is there something else out there perhaps ?

Well could be Badabing, but, to be honest, I can't be bothered to wait, and as raja suggests, the cash is quietly leaking away all the time. The upside looks pretty limited in the short term and I'm sure i can find better value elsewhere. I bought this as a tenbagger or bust situation so I'll just accept the loss and move on

Not an expert on market matters but isn't the TRA stock exchange listing worth something to someone out there as well ? The TRA shell should also have a value. Could that by why mr jenner was a buyer recently ?
