06/11/2003 17:52 | Hi All, Well as I said ...... I bought 238,659 today for £2505.92 !!! Look forward to next weeks EGM.... Good luck all John | geniusjohn55a
04/11/2003 23:53 | Well look at what has happened to Hawthorn in the last two days !!! it was also a cash shell which allows another company to 'reverse' into it and become AIM listed really easily and cheaply and quickly. My guess is Mr Jenney has a plan and why does the name 'Reversus' sound like reverse ??? Does this man own or have a large interest in an unlisted company ??? I Look forward to buying some of these tomorrow ! John | geniusjohn55a
04/11/2003 08:49 | Why has there been no formal RNS announcement made regarding the EGM scheduled for November 13? At that meeting there is supposed to be a formal vote on the name change to Reversus and also an opportunity for shareholders to contribute ideas to the way the company moves forward. Now that is management in control!!!! | tiger1234
31/10/2003 19:23 | 'best interests of shareholders' = 'retail investors shafted' | davidhel

29/10/2003 18:39 | Are we on the move? | phild
24/10/2003 12:18 | the collapse is because they sold off their assets for a ridiculous price and are now more or less a cash sell valued at about £700,000. what happens next is anyones guess but hopefully all will be revealed at the egm where we may also find out if mr jenney is a shrewd investor or too rich for his own good! | wiseghai
24/10/2003 11:11 | I was trawling the penny shares and stumbled across this one, can anyone tell the reason for their collapse, and if there is any hope of recovery ? Curious because TransEDA is just down the road from me (well 25 miles) | nickanme
22/10/2003 14:56 | hope we get the answer to why jenney has been buying at 2.5p even after it was known that they were selling up-the mystery continues! | wiseghai
22/10/2003 11:59 | Reversus - is that an invitation? G. | garth

22/10/2003 10:32 | Company seeking to change name to Reversus and discuss options for future direction of the company. Does anybody else think that a complete change of personnel is needed here!!! | tiger1234
11/10/2003 13:54 | Whoops..so ok Transeda plc is still in existence ...has 700k in cash and is due to hold an EGM 'within 45 days of completion' does anyone have more details about when/where this will be ? | victorludorum
11/10/2003 13:23 | Does anyone know what is happening with this company ? According to its website it was acquired by TNI-Valiosys on October 6th ...something I had completely missed. What I can't make out however is what this means for TRA shareholders. Can anyone throw any light ?? Regards Vic | victorludorum
30/9/2003 16:13 | Tommy, I really don't know the answer but surely this means something's going on here ? TransEDA PLC 30 September 2003 TransEDA PLC ('the Company') Interest in Shares The Company was informed on 30 September 2003 that on 29 September 2003, Mr. Graham Jenney purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company. Following this transaction Mr. Jenney is interested in 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the capital of the Company representing 6.23 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The registered owner of this holding is Pershing Keen Nominees Limited. | badabing
30/9/2003 09:08 | Can anyone tell me if i have lost the lot or do i have to wait years before this one comes back | tommy68
30/9/2003 00:30 | But MMs don't seem to disturbed so far......still 1p to sell and no panick sell off....I'm only guessing but I would have thought that with business being sold that would be the end of the company so why no further collapse in the share price ? The price now pretty much reflects cash value but is there something else out there perhaps ? | badabing
30/9/2003 00:15 | Just remember that Beesons tipped them as a share for 2002 and they've been down-hill ever since G. | garth
29/9/2003 11:53 | hosede Good idea, will do the same....... RIP tra the directors should RIH | raja.riaz
29/9/2003 11:48 | Well could be Badabing, but, to be honest, I can't be bothered to wait, and as raja suggests, the cash is quietly leaking away all the time. The upside looks pretty limited in the short term and I'm sure i can find better value elsewhere. I bought this as a tenbagger or bust situation so I'll just accept the loss and move on | hosede
29/9/2003 11:21 | Will the the 700k pot keep going down daily, due to running costs & EGM. | raja.riaz
29/9/2003 11:19 | Hosede, Not an expert on market matters but isn't the TRA stock exchange listing worth something to someone out there as well ? The TRA shell should also have a value. Could that by why mr jenner was a buyer recently ? | badabing
29/9/2003 11:18 | are the shares worthless. hold 20k | raja.riaz |
