LONDON (AFX) - TransEDA PLC said it has extended the period of exclusivity
granted to Valiosys SA to Sept 26 for the proposed sale of TransEDA Technology
Ltd for 1.15 mln stg.
The exclusivity period ends today. The company statement did not give
reasons for the extension.
