They have created a connector for Azure. You can see that in the RNS and on DA's website.


They have created solutions. No one has purchased those solutions as yet as this would need to be RNS'd. This is the fundamental require of a public listed company like TERN. No one is allowed to get an upper hand by having inside information and Sisto himself would be in court should that happen. Since shareholders have the right to all price sensitive information and he is the board of both DA and TERN, should the situation above occur, Sisto would be in serious trouble and TERN would need to be suspended from trading during the investigation. Hope you get this basic knowledge Dave42p.

They are generally traders and not investors but yes that element is clearly a force too and perhaps a bigger one.
All the potential is nicely fitting into place at the investee level so if the recent positive newsflow continues, it will just be a matter of time when Tern shareholders begin to see the benefit as more investors come in.

It’s a big mistake to think the only time the price will go up is upon an exit and revaluation.
Tern will rocket on any positive Device Authority related Rns.
Investors are not that stupid, they realise a company can sell for unicorn valuations in this sector.
They are trickling in now but will dive in at the first sniff of a DA major contract or tie-up.
