28/1/2020 15:13 | The RNS has very positive words in every relevant paragraph except relating to 2019 turnover and Wyld. This augurs very well in my opinion for the long term. However it does not mention any financials which leaves the possibility of another share placing on the agenda. I have also done some analysis of the trades that take place. My conclusion is that there may be a pattern to show how our troll friends have gone short. I suspect they have made multiple sell trades, either full price or via margin, which they continue to roll over in both matched and unmatched trades. This makes sense to me as I don't think you can short Tern as is regularly regurgitated by the trolls. It also explains the relatively large volumes when my understanding is the LTHs are mainly holding tight. And when LTHs add it is as a result of more sales by the trolls exponentially increasing their exposure. So when the revaluation events occur, the brown stuff will really hit their fan big style - not quite as big as VW, but a similar story. My idea might be nothing but fiction, but is a possibility. | ![]() jerseymike

28/1/2020 15:05 | In the IoTNow article (post 184852) it said: For Antill, it may not be the platforms that uncover this new value. “The platforms play their role, but many of the systems integrators and the IoT data managed applications or services will be key to managing this for clients,” he says. “Some will be homegrown. Again, the key is only to consume securely the relevant data from the edge, not all of it. IoT software security platforms like KeyScaler from Device Authority can help solve the operational scale and security challenges for relevant data consumed with IoT applications platforms, as well data management services like Assetminder from InVMA and similarly from DevicePilot help customers collect, analyse and provide the insights needed from relevant data.” | ![]() andrbea
28/1/2020 15:03 | Absolutely in agreement, M5! I think your request is the epitome of reasonable, and I certainly wasn't trying to have a pop at you. I believe that if the company have divulged information of an imminent positive nature (and that 'if' is substantial in volume), they run the risk of being the wrong side of market rules. I do not believe this to be the reality in this situation. I suspect that it's far more likely that nothing has been stated in private. | ![]() cmackay
28/1/2020 15:01 | A clear announcement does that although not ecstatic as I should have been out at 50p and sat on the cash! Those that did would have done very well especially if they didn't buy back until recently!I on the other hand held and held and held! | ![]() dave444

28/1/2020 14:51 | This is dated Q3 2019 D. Antill in a roundtable discussion on IoT platforms e.g. The key is to ensure you adopt a platform that can be integrated via application programme interfaces (APIs) or other open interfaces to ensure integration, flexibility and portability,” explains Antill. “Many organisations will use and choose multiple platforms – and both cloud and an on-premise deployments have their place and purpose depending on the business model and use cases. In either case make sure the data is secure, and any devices or people that interact with the platform are authorised, regularly authenticated and secure, whereby ongoing lifecycle management of credentials and automation will be key. If you can’t trust the device, you can’t trust the data. to find it (page 71) do ctrl (depressed) F enter Keyscaler press return | ![]() andrbea

28/1/2020 14:22 | If I were shorting this I would be very worried!Tern now has a genuinely diversified portfolio of investments in high growth companies, with each of its principal portfolio companies having a disruptive technology in a global market and they are all at very exciting stages of their respective developments. Furthermore, each of Tern's principal portfolio companies is working with world class partners to accelerate the adoption of their products which the Directors of Tern believe will provide significant prospective value enhancements. The Directors of Tern are confident that its portfolio companies will achieve further milestones during 2020, some of which may result in revaluations to the carrying values of investments and consequent increases in the net asset value ("NAV") of Tern. Management also continues to review new investment opportunities. | ![]() dave444
