My records confirm TERN plc successfully raised £1.75 million in Nov 2019 (actual shares placed and available to trade) to add to existing monies already banked. An extract from the RNS (above) confirms the same.

TERN plc well funded.

FVR very well funded.

DA about to go cashflow positive in Q1 2020.

It is perfectly possible for the sells to be someone(s) selling for any number of perfectly valid personal reasons.

To imagine that it can only be shorters selling borrowed stock or the forward selling of a placing is a little strange.

My guess is that BEGO have probably come on board in advance of a forthcoming placing probably around 8p. But while this is more short term dilution, in the long term the real value will come through.
