15/1/2020 16:19 | 2 x 50k are rollovers | sweepie2
15/1/2020 16:17 | The problem also is those wanting to buy in are not prepared a premium so slowly build when people get tired of holding | dave444
15/1/2020 16:13 | Alot not completely realising the model here. A RNS saying DA taken out for hundreds of millions tomorrow morning is very possible and then you will all say AS is a god!! I mean why hire this investment guy if there was nothing to invest?! Quite clear what's about to happen here but feel free to send AS emails saying you're not happy aslong as you also send him emails saying thank you when this explodes! Buying activity just picked up.... | likya123
15/1/2020 16:11 | maybe you don't know what you're talking about?! | kiwimonk
15/1/2020 16:10 | if they don't like the pay they should move on. plenty incentive in exit bonuses. as I say the non execs are useless. | still waiting
15/1/2020 16:08 | Maybe they couldn't see an exit in the short term and that is why they gave themselves a pay rise | vitec
15/1/2020 16:07 | No a bad idea when you consider they also get a nice bonus on any exit | sweepie2
15/1/2020 16:03 | No problem with pay rises but they have to be dependant on share price action, I would love to see their pay rises linked to where the share price ended the year, oops that is a 44% pay cut for this year, sharpens the mind if your pay goes down as well as up | sweepie2
15/1/2020 15:50 | Just seen this in the Inbox..... Subject: post 182729 Sender: par4artthou to me Date: 15 Jan 2020 14:09:29 Message: I didn't think this would ever happen duxy but I have just ticked up your post. How about changing sides? you could help out here. ==================== eeerrr sides...didnt know there was one. How about you read my posts objectively and look at what I am saying. In your world, people are right and wrong, an I get this. I have said statements I don't like for instance, I have said "I have been proved right many times". Such statements, I am not proud of, but to enforce my point, I have had to put it in a way some of you understand. I have been objective about DA and Sisto's wage/practice of attempting to create a 'cloak and dagger' picture of DA. I have proved many many situations where other Device Management platforms have broadcasted their success. I have tried to highlight the market and the many platforms that exist, have partnerships and real world customers.....what you failed to see in my posts is that I have been objective, asking the simple questions, if you read between the lines. Why is Sisto Paying himself handsomely, twice a month, yet can not disclose any of the success of the companies in question. Hiding behind supposed "disclosure agreements" is not good enough. No Big Tech cares what DA make in profit or loss. They may not want to reveal their contribution but no one would ask for that information anyway. Looking at any investment, objectively is the only ask. Allowing those with a gripe/negative opinion on this board is a massive plus as it can either be investigated and concluded or be proved correct and save many time and money. | duxy786

15/1/2020 15:35 | monte115 Jan '20 - 15:12 - 182751 of 182758 "I expect nothing and they are delivering that with ease." That they are, but they do have to check their bank account twice each month and it must be difficult spending most of the month trying to work our which organisation to claim the expenses from, TERN or DA. | duxy786
15/1/2020 15:32 | I think time's up on stealth mode (and the rangebound-price since November). That US Capital saga/Microsoft news (layer on top) and the 'imminent nCipher webinar 40-strong attendee rush' warrant a much higher share price. Sisto will need to dangle a carrot to keep the present board intact IMO. The ice under their feet has got too thin. | andrbea
15/1/2020 15:23 | We remember MDX well M5 , absolutely nothing from FCA ,still hope they get what they deserve | arab3

15/1/2020 15:18 | it's getting a bit stale now, needs some new news.. | still waiting
15/1/2020 15:14 | jamonit, you are missing the point(s). Firstly, he should not have made the statement in the first place. It is advisable to keep one's mouth shut if you cannot back it up quickly. Secondly, they have slapped each other on the back and given themselves a pay rise. On what basis, a falling SP? Thirdly, we have been promised clarification on the DA fund raise and how monies raised by TERN were going to be used. To date nothing. I am not asking for chapter and verse each and every day. What I am asking for is what I was promised. Big difference. | vitec
15/1/2020 15:12 | I expect nothing and they are delivering that with ease. | monte1
15/1/2020 15:00 | vitec, exactly, can you imagine selling after all this time and being out when an exit lands !!! gutted would be an understatement, but I get why potential investors just walk on. | still waiting |
