Tern is a investment company anyone can preach everyday about a placing if they need it for a investment or to further progress the ones we have so be it, you are not a prophet all though you like to think you are. Think we have an inst buyer through Global Prime Partners LLP, not seen the name before, they have amassed 7,687,150 shares last few months. They were holding 0.3m upto 30 September 2019.

And just under the radar @ 2.8%! So they think lol

The market is going to see us doing a bigger push on our sales end. We are working closely with Microsoft and our partners and customers can expect to see us growing the business together. Microsoft view our relationship as absolutely key within the Gulf region to grow their Azure consumption. The market potential is huge and we are going to tap into that as we enable government organisations and enterprises to move their sensitive data into a cloud format.

We also have plans to increase our reseller network. I believe it’s a real opportunity for Microsoft resellers to come to us because we have additional revenue streams, and allow them to underpin greater consumption of the Azure platform. Maybe the tern board are so silent about DA in 2020 because we're so near to something stupendous (and they don't want to pre-announce ... and muddy the waters for the big boys ...)

Given that nCipher is one of the world leaders in HSMs, and that you need a HSM to issue certificates to identify the devices or machines in your fleet, that's a great ally to have ....

And given that nCipher is contacting government organizations, eg in the Middle East, to push HSMs as a service in a solution based around a... Microsoft Azure platform

And given Microsoft saying on its Channel 9 that to provision a fleet, at scale (eg thousands of devices), without human intervention, and without the drudgery of manual input, you need 'a layer on top', ... (meaning KeyScaler) ...

well..

KeyScaler, right product, right time

for Azure customers .. for nCipher customers, .. for Venafi customers ..

it could all get really big in 2020 ....
