sweepie this is T traders closing positions. Look at how the trades have unfolded. Hardly anything as anyone watching would be hoping for a higher price. Price starts to drop and you have a flurry of activity. Remember the MM's can see all of the potential trades in the system and can work the price accordingly. If you have no intention of selling these movements in the share price as painful as they can be when they are downwards will be meaningless in the long run. GLA.

Clearly now you get it. TERN's a good wage payer to Sisto....he needs it going long enough to retire and two possibly three salaries from one bucket shop and a bunch of day traders is a good way to live it until he does.

listen tburns, i've been in companies that have tested my patience over the years, and often it is a single defining event that makes all the years of non performance in the share price justify holding tight,

TERN will have its day in the SUN or ideally the NYT ;)

I agree with you. Just because the BoD is peppered with highly qualified and respected figures does not mean they will make a success of things. Take a look at MDR in the USA...... an industry leader with industry experts have lost $billions in a few months.

one of the main problems is lack of exit.

With no exit (thus far), tern have insufficient capital to fund a new investment (if they ever come across an urgent one). which means placing bells (and the bucket shop route, .. we've seen it all before ..)

That's why we're not really going up IMO (since November, range-bound).
Plus the very slender chance of a MBO, or (ditto) a delisting (cf what happened at tils yesterday). (nia/dyor)

Good point well made Kiwimonk, but I don't think we should pursue the US Capital $10m raise. It may force any equally confusing and bland RNS, that will probably plunge the share price further in to negative territory.
