Developments and SP's rarely move in harmony and this becomes more pronounced if the investments are ring fenced via a holdings company due to way the assets are book valued .. But despite the lacklustre share price there is overwhelming evidence that all 4 Tern investments are racing ahead which will at some point trigger a comprehensive re-evaluation as the investment matures to trade sale .. And with iot in vogue Tern represents only one of a few independent avenues for investors to gain exposure to this explosive market .. nai

Thank you for some excellent posts today, yesterday, and in fact almost every day. It seems to me that several times a day something new and rather startling is found about at least one of Tern's investee companies. To me, that is unique for any company within the AIM, perhaps even the whole stock market.

What we are seeing is both growth and development of all four investee companies.

I am anticipating a 'Big Bang" - especially for DA. It could literally come at any time. We know that for DA, we await the official news of the recent successful USCP funding, to which Darron made the comment about "going to market" - that imho means an IPO on the US market for DA. We have the new high quality Investment Director in place. Well, he can't realistically do any investing until significant money becomes available, can he? That implies that soon, there will be plenty of money available, which means an exit. Now we have Microsoft, and their public confirmation that they are relying upon DA's KeyScaler to do their security at scale for Azure. Now all these IoT "top guns" from every part of the IoT have signed up for our webinar next week. That almost seems like a capitulation - a tacit acknowledgment - that they too will need to rely upon DA's patented solution, in addition to Microsoft.

This is heading only one way. I think that we have, or will soon have, a large part of the IoT security market. That is the only conclusion which I can draw.

This is all very exciting, and at some early stage things will be revealed and we will be absolutely thrilled.

jp, the loans should enable Tern to grab a bigger % of a larger value, they just don't explain it very well and keep quiet on everything..

I think Darron would have been given the push by now (especially after those additional directors came in last year) if things weren't progressing to plan...

Stuck in a price range (8-10p) since November 2019.

For a stock in the domain of disruptive technology.. that's a surprising lack of volatility.

Amazes me that the big holders don't demand improved communications.

On the other hand, maybe we're in the last month of stealth, who's to know....
