Firstly, it's not a contract but an order commitment of 408.5k a year.Secondly, it's not very surprising since inVMA has always been doing well to keep away from loans from TERNAnd finally, shame DA can't do the same. 6 years and all the investment tern can throw at it yet Sisto doesn't want to admit it hasn't worked and it's never going to work.DA is dead in the water. Trustronic has gained a billion plus devices and yet doesn't make money as ramper kkrriiss2 highlighted in an earlier post. Sisto knows this and therefore has always hidden the profit and loss under a cloak and dagger operation ensuring no leakage of company accounts. Ever thought why he won't even mention the number of devices using KS? If Mocana can come out and say 1 million and Trustronic can say 1 billion, why won't Sisto declare these figures ...my theory is that the figures are so abysmal, he is scared to release them.

I think we can honestly say this contract of this size came completely out of the blue Well done to Pat and his team on their execution.

I guess with a contract of this size, sky's the limit on what it could land now..

Life after DA looks a lot better now.

We'll only get a revision in NAV with an exit or a VC coming on board. The latter won't happen unless they have aspirations to expand to new territories imo. Strategy from here in will be interesting. They can grow organically using revenue to grow the team. With IOT growing at 30% plus per annum that will be fine. Quite possible they will go the acquisition route to grow even faster. But an SI with little experience of IOT might just fancy them as a foothold in the market. At the moment it's still a relative sideshow to FVR and DA but could surprise us all.

Thats not how revaluation works here you should know that. Would be nice if Al changed his valuation methodology though.

With Invma being valued at £1 in last years accounts - today's significant contract will require a revision in the NAV of Invma in Terns books for 2020.

Aa anyone with a brain has known all along, IT partnerships involve completing online application forms and are completely worthless. Just like DA and your 'shares'.Now let that sink in.Bless.

“partner,̶1; if used in this Agreement or related documents, is used in its common, marketing sense and does not imply a partnership;

Dave, I don't think INVMA require further funding. It was mid 2018 when Tern last funded them. The value of today's initial order is just over 40% of the NAV of InVMA. To be honest I didn't think I would see such large orders for Asset Minder. They have to be a target for a mid sized Systems Integrator looking to get a foothold in IOT deployments. FVR and DA will give us loads of news this year. For DA the big Systems Integrators are circling. It's coming!

FVR are fully funded!
INVMA hopefully will be with this contract and the others they already have!
DA hopefully fully self supporting!
That leaves Wyld and they have just announced a partnership with a company!
So financially it is looking fine and the big news with Microsoft and what that means is incredibly exciting!!!!!
