TburnsThe only positive new that should make the share price rise is a contract. The webinar with Microsoft can effectively be seen as a promotional video of each of the respective technologies. Make no mistake, Microsoft does not need DA. It is DA that require Microsoft customers to use their product, Keyscalar, to manage devices within Azure thereby making Keyscalar an add-on to existing device management in Azure, something I had stated Keyscalar to be for a year and half now.You say "seems to be doing his best...." Well I am sure many here disagree with you there. Sisto and crew are doing their best to ensure people like you don't run away with the idea of it being worth millions when they can't even get an investor to invest in to it or real customers to buy it.

I would expect the downward momentum to gain pace as the week continues as shareholders start to capitulate.I am guessing that the fund raising is in trouble.

I have said a few times he is not losing control of the share price like he did last year, when he had to reign it in. AS will let this go in one RNS some time soon and this ridiculous share price will be history. With the conference call coming soon surely he will want something positve out their to talk about, lets see what develops in the next few days. Gla

I think the wider issue here is tgat even if As Gaz really positive news to share from the Microsoft weiner. He won't. In all comms he genuinely seems to he doing his best with the wording and message to ensure the share price does not rise. It has been like that since June 18 and the company does look transformational on so many levels. So ask yourself the question, "Why is That"? I have no clue at all.

Podium, I'm not surprised you try to deflect what is occurring / about to occur here by talking about AMC..The few paid members that can still post non positively here are certainly not rude or aggressive like quite a few here..You may well disagree on my price predictions, but I feel pretty confident that TERN have nothing tangible to generate revenue at the moment and therefore there is a big placing coming..A lot of people are exiting here (check the volumes for the last week) yet the continued decline..Partnership ls are all well and good, but they are for the majors benefit in order to snap up minors, TERN appears not to be tasty

Hawkind, yes I do believe this will be valued at many multiples of todays price in the shorter term.

What TERN have is very special indeed and don't ever forget that.

Many many pounds not pence.

Mike,.From my experience on this board, those who are not positive are not lying. .If the moderator allowed a mixed debate you would see that..As it is, only holders / positive posts here are allowed here. .Hence why my opinion is that if you are not involved in this share, avoid it.If you are involved, sell now and buy back after the imminent placing
