Next RNS within next few days will be share options and/or directors buying then......bang! Corporate news with Microsoft being announced aa DAs strategic partner.

One major benefit of share price being ridiculously low is maximum benefit for rewards as it soars.

Many many pounds not pence.

Tyrano, don't expect a reply.

He's either making up lies or divulging inside information. Either way it speaks volumes about the integrity of the author.

As Al Sisto noted, if the people who post negative speculation and downright lies on this board did so on a similar board in the USA then they would be in jail.

That's the type of person we're dealing with.

M&A still red hot.

Endpoint protection is a hot area in cybersecurity, with the likes of CrowdStrike recently hitting the public markets with a bang, SentinelOne closing a $120 million funding round, and Shape Security raising $51 million at a $1 billion valuation as it prepares for its own IPO. There are a number of bigger players in space too, of course, including Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Trend Micro, and many others. And it’s against this backdrop that BlackBerry is trying to reinvent itself by investing in new cybersecurity technologies.

I initially predicted into the 7s this week and then revised that for into the 6s..As was just said, the placing is going to be painful, probably around the 4p (5p max mark) .Don't be fooled, plenty of those here will have been selling out looking to buy back in after the placing

The interims is revealing I was under the impression the bridging loan was immaterial not so it seems, loans to DA of similar are RNSd. Being honest with shareholders is not a bad thing. Perhaps it just shows the character instead. But that is history. It is still disappointing they cannot close any VC funding. In the absence of external VC funding it will be the tried and tested bucket shop. Not good for us.

Surely the head honcho of FVR has been too diluted at a low price to get VCs on board?

JP, if I recall the belief was that Tern provided a bridging loan to FVR to allow them to conclude negotiations with VC's. Nothing in the interims to change that POV.

We have gone down from 13p to 7p because of large scale buying hmmm that make more sense.

From the interims we can see RV got his funding from Tern and not outside VC as some here thought.

I would rather know the full story than the cloak and dagger.

I don't see any large scale selling so where do you come up with a placing

Looks like another fund raise is a certainty now - just at what price ?

At the same time it looks like DA is well on the way to a break even position and FVR looks like its going from strength to strength - and we also have InVMA and Wyld.

Sp does look a bit undervalued - but I thought that at 12p.

That 2018 year end 15.5p is moving further away from us. No sign any positive news is forthcoming, unfortunately the opposite. If there is to be a fund raise can we just get it done and over with. Talk about dragging it.

Nice to see directors have increased their salaries "to more conventional market levels".Dear, Al, Sarah, Bruce et al. Please can you see what you can do about doing the same thing for the share price!
