No profit or loss accounts for DA, no revenue figures for DA, hell, they won't even tell you how many devices they secure or how many operations have been carried out by a training programs....nothing....nada. Everything is cloak and dagger here, make no mistake of that.If anyone can disagree with the above, then they can say I AM WRONG and I will stop posting here.

I agree this is tightly held by so few very patient long term holders with very large positions.

It is of note from declarations few new holders in last month.

IMHO with a positive RNS new money will have to pay premiums to the current share price.

In my experience value always comes out. The wait has been a little longer here for some.

I think when finally Sarah buys some shares is our clue to whether there will be any futher fund raises or not.

Employee numbers are not matrix's to value a portfolio not in the vc world or the stock market world.

Looking at DA involvement with its key partners and its engagement with MS is to be noted.Secondly FVR recruitment drive clearly demonstrates their plans.As the BOD have clearly created a matrix on how to evaluate the performance of each of the portfolio companies the interims should demonstrate their progress.

I would also like an assurance from the board that they have no plans to take tern private (an MBO). The silence on the portfolio update front has seen the share price lose ground. I want to hear that that wasn't deliberate.
Small shareholders will pile in, with peace of mind, if they are assured that tern will remain a PLC.

This is a sector with several private companies, think Entrust Datacard, Sectigo, ...

Can we trust Johnma that the BOD are not going to stitch up shareholders again with a bucket shop placing and will actually now put to the forefront of what they do to increase shareholder value? And i mean do it, not talk about it, with sling shot statements and then go off the grid for 5 months!
