DA is involved in new launch



Now this one has got DA written all over it, I am not saying they are involved because it is Tern’s responsibility to inform the market..

Now, if DA are involved then surely a contract is in place, Ncipher cannot offer a service unless they know all parties involved will fulfill their part of the deal..


So... Either Sisto is hiding this deal from his shareholders or Ncipher has developed this service without needing DA’s involvement...



Either way, it’s strange after DA has just announced that they can help provide a HSMaaS..
