NAV per share of tern on last valuation was 7.1p, as stated by tern BOd in the last result.The company has since diluted at least twice if I recall correctly therefore this value is reduced quite significantly.In my opinion, this value is near 5p

Nav is of no interest to me as that is essentially only a measure of net cost to Tern Plc and provides no value of the investees today.
Background news of these specific company's developments available at almost daily basis points to massive yet to see value.
The share price is way out of kilter in my opinion but time usually irons matters out.
